I had a routine service visit a few months ago At this visit was told I needed new water heater, water softner and a motor intake vale replaced on my furnace for a total of I was told I could get 0% interest by financing it for a year On day of visit I agreed and the furnace was fixed and scheduled softner and heater visit for the following Wednesday After visit that day I researched and found I was being overcharged Also called in a second opinion and was told my water heater was fine and not leaking as I was told I canceled apt for water heater and softener with technician and asked that he cancel financing and I pay Genz Ryan directly for services on furnace I waited for this to be processed and received a bill from the company financing for $but the services day of for furnace were quoted at $less then that and financing was supposed to be canceled I called Genz Ryan to correct after this times to correct Spoke with customer service reps, was t

I was very pleased with the service I received from Genz-Ryan and the service technician, Bill B Bill called in advance of his visit and arrived as scheduled He evaluated the situation and presented me with multiple options for correcting my problems The options ranged from very basic to very expensive and comprehensive He made no attempt to direct me to any specific option, but he did explain each of them thoroughly

Mike was very knowledgeable and was willing to take the time to walk you through both my needed repairs and new furnace options We ended up choosing a new furnace and he was very helpful in showing all the options from top of the line to bottom of the barrel There was no pressure to buy the top and he explained how certain options on the top can be added later if you want them which helped make the buying process very easy

Tom addressed and answered my water heater questions very clearly, inspected quite a few plumbing items, and fixed a water valve problem that bothered me all winter

Zach Bwas performing our scheduled furnace checkup today The furnace was fine, but, he found a leak on our 14yr old water heater That saved us a great deal of stress had we not agreed to replace it Since we are elderly folks we are plagued with allergies Zach also recommended we install an electric furnace filter We complained that we were having lots of dust particles in the air causing us breathing problems He was able to perform that work on the spot
We are extremely pleased with Zach's pleasant attitude and knowledge We would recommend his services to anyone GREAT JOB!!

My A/C tech was prompt, thorough and courteousMy A/C system was not communicating with my new furnace, and he reprogrammed to fix the problem

Ryan Wwas out to do a tuon my air conditioner and did a very thorough job I've had him before and he's always very polite and friendly, and very trustworthy I was very impressed with him

I called Genz-Ryan in the morning due to no hot waterThey had an appointment set up for a plumbing service technician (Matt) to come that afternoonThey called two times to let me know what the estimated time of arrival would beGreat communicationAfter evaluating the problem and explaining in great detail the options that were available, I had a new water heater installed by that eveningI know that Matt worked a long day and went above and beyond by working late so that we were happy and our problem was solved

He did a good job, very thorough, explained what he was going to do and followed up with explaining what need to be taken care of Friendly

Karen, in the office of Genz-Ryan, made sure I was continually updated as to the status of my service call so there were no surprisesJeff, the technician, did an excellent job of diagnosing the furnace problem, fixing it quickly, and explaining what was done in terms that were understandable
