Genz-Ryan is an outstanding service company Our furnace was acting up and Mike & Zach came over to evaluate the problem They also took the time perform a full inspection and found a couple issues that needed attention Their professionalism was top notch

We had an issue with the main water valve in our home in which we had to coordinate our city department and a plumber to be here at the same time Genz-Ryan was nice enough to set a specific time they could be at my house instead of a window of time, which allowed it all to work out perfectly Matt was a professional and explained everything to me, fixed it in a timely manner and he was extremely friendly I'd recommend him to everyone

He respected my home by always putting the foot covers on (even when he had to go in and out the door), and he was kind, courteous and explained all that he was doing(His business card has his name spelled wrong, and he knew that, so maybe he could get new ones?) Genz-Ryan is very professional and always provides optionsLet's face it people, no one wants to spend too much on repairs or replacing equipment, BUT if you have to these are the people to do itI am always provided with a couple of options - do nothing (if that is feasible), a short-term fix or replace the equipment if it is at the end of its life spanI am almost always able to get an appointment when I want the appointmentThey do keep me updated with phone calls and texts as to when the technician will be at my homeBoth my husband and I work full-time, so this makes it easier to plan our day if someone has to meet them at our house to let them inAlthough I have been know to give these guys my garage code and have them let themselves inThey are trustworthy! Ryan is the technician that visited yesterday - he's been to our house multiple times which is really niceIt's not often that you can say you develop a relationship with the repair people/trades people you useIt is always worth using professionals to have the job done correctly the first timeI am on one of their service plans ($10/month) and that gets me a free furnace and free air conditioning check each year plus I move to the head of the line for serviceI would highly recommend Genz-Ryan and all the people who work for them

On 12/3/I called Genz Ryan for a service call , which I have Service Partner Membership Plan, due to my furnace not functioning properlyOn 12/5/6, a technician arrived at my home and diagnosed the issue and discussed the costI agreed to the cost of the repairs of the furnace, along with purchasing a home humidifier systemMost of the furnace repair work was completed on 12/5; however, on 12/another technician installed the home humidifier system, along with finishing the work left on 12/I signed an electronic contract stating the work that was going to be completed for both days and the total came to $1,448, which I paid in full by check on 12/
