Our furnace went out late in the eveningWe called Genz-Ryan and Tyler came right out to our home to investigate the issueHe was unable to fix the furnace that evening, however he was able to turn the furnace on so we had heat overnightThe following day he was able to repair the problemTyler provided excellent service!

Tyler was professional, knowledgeable, helpful My husband wasn't home and he was willing to take the time to explain over the phone what needed to be repaired and why he recommended possibly replacing our air conditioner

I had a furnace tune up/check and Tyler *** was the person the business sent to perform that work He was great He was fast, efficient and told me potential issues I could experience with my furnace in the future, but did not pressure me to perform the work now He was very friendly and answered all of my questions

I find that so many positive reviews on Revdex.com seems fishy Regardless, I would give this company rating of if I could It's not often I get ripped off, but they got me with an Air Conditioner repair With 90+ degrees outside after almost a week without air, I bought their pitch about all the things that are wrong with my AC and paid them almost $1,700!
