My furnace had an unexpected issue this morning and was no longer heating airI called Genz-Ryan and they were able to send out a tech a couple hours later The tech, Mike B, was very professional and informative and despite my technical ignorance helped me understand what was going onMike quickly pointed out the item that was likely the issue and helped me understand my options, including potentially a new furnace to replace mine as its years old He walked through each of the options and did not pressure me into one or anotherI settled on fixing the components he called out in his inspection, and he was able to complete the work same day Now I have heat!

Genz Ryan performed repairs for us on January 12, The repairs included a day warrantyWe wanted a longer warranty but were told we'd have to purchase a 'package that cost quite a bit more than the repairs we needed and included provisions we did not needOn May 12th, 2017, one month after the day warranty expired, the repairs they had done failed, resulting in a large area of flooding and damage to the floor, drywall of 1st floor ceiling, and water damage underneath the tub, in addition to rendering the "fixed" tub unusable I called genz ryan several times on Friday, May 12th but since no one ever answered the phone I left a voice message Now we not only have to hire another plumber to correct what they were supposed to repair, but we also have to pay for damages to our home caused by their insufficient job Their website claims that they have outstanding warranty service and that they stand by their work, however we found this to not be the case, and are now left t

Their website states "Genz-Ryan not only offers our customers custom-designed comfort systems, but we also stand behind our service and systems with a pledge of reliability and performance on which you can relyGenz-Ryan guarantees that when the equipment we have installed is maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's operating and maintenance manuals, the system will perform as stated and agreed upon." We have had a service plan with them for some time now, They have been charging us $a month, they never call to schedule the service as the say they will, and their "guarantee" they have on their site is falseNever had a problem with our unit until they stated messing with it, We got them in the fall of in the spring of the unit would not work they came out charged us to fix itnow again the spring of had to pay againThey also said NO Warranty so much for that advertisement on their site5/13/Horrible service, They do not stand by/offer a

I had a water break in my homeGenz Ryan was called, field manager and one technician arrivedI was charged $for this which I have no problem withFuel manager said first they had to identify where break was, which I already showed themField manager broke valve to water main and they broke the bifold door to furnace and water main areaStated they could not do more until water was shut off by city which was the next dayBut he needed payment to move forwardI paid $1,that evening with credit cardThe water was shut off the next morning by amGenz Ryan did not show up till almost in the afternoonFixed valve they broke and replaced lines under kitchen sink where the water break wasWhen finished he asked for $more in paymentI said you have my card info that I paid you with yesterday and he said no I do notI said you are charging me $for these parts? He put on invoice Large restoration system and one small restoration system which I did not

Two Genz-Ryan professionals inspected our furnace and air conditioning unit today and did a terrific job They were polite, engaging, quick and efficient They explained the results of their inspection and offered various options regarding a solution Everything was back to 100% in no time I highly recommend Genz-Ryan

ZACK Bwas very punctual as usual He performed our annual furnace check Everything was functioning this time His demeanor and professionalism is precisely why we always request him for any of our "Genz-Ryan" services He not only knows his business, but, he is a gentleman too You should be proud to have him on your service team

Great tuservice! Steve M was professional, knowledgeable, and punctual We have been using Genz Ryan (hooking up a dryer, air conditioning tune up, fixing a furnace fan, and heating tune up) for the last 4-years We love the company!

Called just before 5PM day 1, got service the next day, for my sump pump Turned out it was literally a alarm, but was glad to have such quick, friendly and thorough service
