My furnace had an unexpected issue this morning and was no longer heating airI called Genz-Ryan and they were able to send out a tech a couple hours later The tech, Mike B, was very professional and informative and despite my technical ignorance helped me understand what was going onMike quickly pointed out the item that was likely the issue and helped me understand my options, including potentially a new furnace to replace mine as its years old He walked through each of the options and did not pressure me into one or anotherI settled on fixing the components he called out in his inspection, and he was able to complete the work same day Now I have heat!

Genz Ryan replaced a circuit board on my year old Carrier furnaceThey charged me $for the part and $for the laborCarrier has a year warranty on partsGenz Ryan gave me a $warranty discountI have called and e-mailed many times to speak to someone in management and no one ever calls backThere should have been no charge for the part and $labor charge for hours is outrageous

I had a furnace tune up/check and Tyler *** was the person the business sent to perform that work He was great He was fast, efficient and told me potential issues I could experience with my furnace in the future, but did not pressure me to perform the work now He was very friendly and answered all of my questions

Met with Matt to discuss my water heating needs Need to purchase a new one Matt was friendly and extremely knowledgeable He helped me select a water heater that would best service my needs He offered a wide variety of options and explained the benefits of each type of water heater I feel very confident that I selected the right water heater for my needs Overall this was a great experience and I'm very happy I look forward to a long relationship with Matt and Genz-Ryan
