The service tech did a good job at identifying the issue We came up with a plan and set up an appointment The second apptwas not met I had to call and after about minutes, oops, they had to reschedule We'll see how that works

Genz-Ryan goes above and beyond the call to help customers!! My air conditioner sprung a serious leak, and needed to have the "a coil" replacedI was being quoted $1300-$to replace it from other hvac companiesA friend recommended Genz-RyanAfter a FREE check out of my ac system, they quoted me UNDER $1300!! A few days after installation, I noticed water on the floor around the unit, I gave them a call and they came out the next day and cleaned and replaced some of the hose that runs from the unit to the drain...at NO COST!! Very personable and professional!!

AMAZING! We had our water heater go out last Thursday and Matt Mand Lauren came out to our houseThey made things easy for us and we got the plan (with a little finagling a few things around) and they were GREAT! In an approximate time of hours we had the water heater replaced, old one out the door and done! Our furnace went out late in the eveningWe called Genz-Ryan and Tyler came right out to our home to investigate the issueHe was unable to fix the furnace that evening, however he was able to turn the furnace on so we had heat overnightThe following day he was able to repair the problemTyler provided excellent service!

Tyler is well-mannered and attentive He listens well He does not push his agenda or attempt to unnerve the customer While the Genz-Ryan pricing structure is more expensive he attempts to soften the impact with a focus on long-term benefit He represents the company well One suggestion: he needs to be ready to explain Genz-Ryan's payment plan options for more expensive repair or replacement work

Do not hire Genz-ryan, they charge flat rates for any work done and said flat rates are insanely expensiveWe paid $for a garbage disposal replacement that took less than hour and I provided the new disposal! I should have cancelled the appointment that I had to wait days for anyways

Mike, was very good and thorough He explained everything and did not pressure me to make any decision I did not feel comfortable with He even answered questions and made the process as painless as possible

I woke up on Wednesday with no hot water - yikes! I called Genz-Ryan, scheduled an appointment and Matt was out within a couple of hours He inspected the hot water heater and offered both repair and replacement optionsI opted to install a new unit Matt explained what needed to be done, ordered the parts to be delivered and started on the project It was completed in a timely manner and professionally done Matt was very personable and trustworthy I would certainly recommend both Genz-Ryan and Matt

I feel 7th fortunate that I got Lance as my plumber to fix our toilet He was efficient and kind and friendly He was very thorough in what he was doing and explained what he was doing He wore slipper things over his shoes and I did appreciate I would use him again in axheartbeart
