Mike B had arrived on time to check on my furnace He did a thorough inspection and found my plus year old furnace is not worth saving He provided several options on the new heating systems Genz Ryan was offering with no added pressure from him We opted on the new heating system that fits our need the best with all the questions answered by MikeMike is very knowledgeable and a complete professional I would recommend Genz Ryan to anyone

Although the results of my furnace inspection were unexpected and pretty much a worst case scenario I felt the information and service I received from Noah was top notch I don't necessarily feel I was taken advantage of even though the cost of replacing a furnace was a lot more than I expected Middle of the winter so I was happy to get this taken care of the next day The installation took about hours even with a decent amount of custom work being done

My air conditioner sprung a serious leak, and needed to have the "a coil" replacedI was being quoted $1300-$to replace it from other hvac companiesA friend recommended Genz-RyanAfter a FREE check out of my ac system, they quoted me UNDER $1300!! A few days after installation, I noticed water on the floor around the unit, I gave them a call and they came out the next day and cleaned and replaced some of the hose that runs from the unit to the drain...at NO COST!! Very personable and professional!!

I had an old water heater that had stopped heating water Joel PCame out to assess the situation He gave me several options including both repair and replacement options and answered all of my questions knowledgeably and without any hard sale techniques I ended up replacing my water heater which was replaced same day Joel was great! I would definitely use Genz-Ryan again In fact, I'm planning to use them later this year for a boiler tuand safety inspection
