Terry H came out for routine furnace maintenance and it ended up being much complex than that There were two other potentially significant issues he ended up troubleshooting and resolving before he left All through the process he was willing to answer all my questions to make sure I completely understood what he was doing He wanted to make sure I understood the problems so I could prevent them in the future The service was OUTSTANDINg and he was incredibly patient and understandingI'd pick him again in a heartbeat

Steve ***, a service tech for Genz Ryan, came out to our house late last night due to an A/c failure He was professional, well informed and explained our lousy situation to us He said he would try his hardest to help us with the manufacturer whose equipment failed and to get back asap to do the work himself Overall, Steve was a buttoned up representative for Genz Ryan and handled a hard situation well

Genz Ryan technicians are consistently very good Well trained and very good with the customer They are able to explain the procedures, etc

My experience was very positive The response to my problem was very quick The service tech was very knowledgeable and patient in laying out the various choices of solutions Once I made my decision, he immediately started work on the plumbing problem He spent time to make sure I understood what was being done I would have given him a '10' instead of a '9' if the job site was left cleaner I had a little water damage around the work site
