A few days after installation, I noticed water on the floor around the unit, I gave them a call and they came out the next day and cleaned and replaced some of the hose that runs from the unit to the drain...at NO COST!! I woke up on Wednesday with no hot water - yikes! I called Genz-Ryan, scheduled an appointment and Matt was out within a couple of hours He inspected the hot water heater and offered both repair and replacement optionsI opted to install a new unit Matt explained what needed to be done, ordered the parts to be delivered and started on the project It was completed in a timely manner and professionally done Matt was very personable and trustworthy I would certainly recommend both Genz-Ryan and Matt

I had an old water heater that had stopped heating water Joel PCame out to assess the situation He gave me several options including both repair and replacement options and answered all of my questions knowledgeably and without any hard sale techniques I ended up replacing my water heater which was replaced same day Joel was great! I am telling everyone that wants a recommendation for a plumber to look elsewhere!
