We have an annual contract with Genz-Ryan to examine our appliances and make repairs In late February Noah Fieldseth performed an analysis on our Amana furnace which was replaced about six months ago by Genz-Ryan Noah discovered water sitting in the bottom of one furnace level His follanalysis found that a combustion mixer had five-inch gap with no glue from which the water was leaking This was a manufacturer's part defect and the part needed to be ordered and replaced Genz-Ryan made the replacement two days later for no charge Noah also found a wiring error in the new installation so that the humidifier was not turning off when the furnace turned off

Central Air-Conditioner stopped workingThey sent two technicians who "worked on the problem" for over an hour and presented me with six "options", from their "bandaid" option to their "platinum." They ranged in price from $to over $The cost included a new "line set" (which I had paid them over $to replace last year when I put a hole in the line.) Chris and Joe installed my new high efficiency furnace yesterday and did an amazing job They swapped out an efficiency furnace for a efficiency Their professionalism with working through and solving how to properly vent the new furnace since they could not use the old exhaust and rebuilding some of the duct work that just did not look as clean as they wanted it to look I know it is a utility room but I very much appreciate the fact they were willing to take the time to installed all the pipes and duct work in a very organized way to make it just look very clean They could have taken the easy direct line to the intake and exhaust of the furnace to speed up the job but took their time to clean up what was already a very busy intersection of pipes When my A/C unit needs to be replace I would have no problem having these guys comeback and install that system as well
