If you have a simple project with a straightforward installation, save yourself some money and call Lowes or Home Depot BUT if it is complicated and difficult to install call Genz Ryan They are expensive but it can be money well spent as they do the job professionally and competently Because of more current requirements, our replacement water heater needed to fit a too small space They made it workThey even vacuumed out the years worth of dust bunnies that were behind the old heater and impossible for me to reachGreat service

Central Air-Conditioner stopped workingThey sent two technicians who "worked on the problem" for over an hour and presented me with six "options", from their "bandaid" option to their "platinum." We have an annual contract with Genz-Ryan to examine our appliances and make repairs In late February Noah Fieldseth performed an analysis on our Amana furnace which was replaced about six months ago by Genz-Ryan Noah discovered water sitting in the bottom of one furnace level His follanalysis found that a combustion mixer had five-inch gap with no glue from which the water was leaking This was a manufacturer's part defect and the part needed to be ordered and replaced Genz-Ryan made the replacement two days later for no charge Noah also found a wiring error in the new installation so that the humidifier was not turning off when the furnace turned off

Tyler was professional, knowledgeable, helpful My husband wasn't home and he was willing to take the time to explain over the phone what needed to be repaired and why he recommended possibly replacing our air conditioner
