Noah Fdid an excellent job of the annual service call and update for my boiler heating system and attic based air conditioning system He updated the gas pressure, checked carbon monoxide and cleaned the fins on the heating system He and Richie washed the outdoor condenser and made sure the AC was working

Terry H came out for routine furnace maintenance and it ended up being much complex than that There were two other potentially significant issues he ended up troubleshooting and resolving before he left All through the process he was willing to answer all my questions to make sure I completely understood what he was doing He wanted to make sure I understood the problems so I could prevent them in the future The service was OUTSTANDINg and he was incredibly patient and understandingI'd pick him again in a heartbeat

Chris and Joe installed my new high efficiency furnace yesterday and did an amazing job They swapped out an efficiency furnace for a efficiency Their professionalism with working through and solving how to properly vent the new furnace since they could not use the old exhaust and rebuilding some of the duct work that just did not look as clean as they wanted it to look I know it is a utility room but I very much appreciate the fact they were willing to take the time to installed all the pipes and duct work in a very organized way to make it just look very clean They could have taken the easy direct line to the intake and exhaust of the furnace to speed up the job but took their time to clean up what was already a very busy intersection of pipes When my A/C unit needs to be replace I would have no problem having these guys comeback and install that system as well

I just want to correct a review I did on DAVID He put in the furnace I want to give him the highest review He was so nice and did a super job I thank him
