Zac was great! He respected my home by always putting the foot covers on (even when he had to go in and out the door), and he was kind, courteous and explained all that he was doing(His business card has his name spelled wrong, and he knew that, so maybe he could get new ones?) We had Genz-Ryan out yesterday to replace our water softener and water heater The main Service Technician we had was Bill *** He was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, a hard worker and friendly Bill reviewed what was happening to our appliances and then made a plan and shared it He gave different options with different costs that were helpful to choose from Once we chose an option, he started on it right away and worked on it till it was done He brought in another employee, so it was completed that day Bill did a great job was and cleaned up after too! We would recommend Bill *** from Genz-Ryan anytime!

I had an issue with my ACThere was a leak in the cooling lineThey came, looked at it, and presented me with a quoteThe cheapest was $and a one month warrantyI thought all their prices were high, but needed an ACI agreed to them fixing the AC for $1500, which was supposed to include a one year guaranteeThree days later MY AC is still not workingI ask if it's still covered and they said yesThe same guy comes out againI ask about any money back, since it didn't take the cure and he said no, they warned me about it being an old unit and not lastingWhich they did with the lowest serviceThey said nothing about it with the higher service levelSo the tech patched it againIt lasted another week and a half and quit workingGenz Ryan has refused to admit any wrong doing with the warrantySaid they warned me, and said the warranty only applies if I use them to replace the unit, then they would subtract that amount
