Genz-Ryan were very friendly, helpful other than one part of it Our first service tech called us letting us know that he would be there in minutes which was great The next day the service techs that were installing our new furnace arrived later than expected due to a team meeting that we did not know about and we did not get a call from them letting us know when they would be here They put drop cloths down but they were dirty with debris and leaves and should have been shook before they came They answered any questions I had and went over everything before they left and were very professional installing the furnace and it is working great!

Shea completed the removal and installation of the water heaters in a timely and satisfactory manorHe answered all questions and cleaned up after the jobWe are satisfied and await approval by the city

Very positive experience with Genz Ryan Job wasn't an emergency and wasn't expecting same day service, but it happened! Job was well done and I was more than satisfied!!!

Steve came to check our year old air conditioner, & found a problem with cracks in the furnace manifold checking out the a/c coilsHe then noticed that our gas water heater had developed a leak on the bottom of the tankthe furnace is yrs old & the water heater He was able to reserve time to get both taken care of the next day with new furnace & water heaterHe was very professional & not pressuring during his sales pitch!

Zac was great! He respected my home by always putting the foot covers on (even when he had to go in and out the door), and he was kind, courteous and explained all that he was doing(His business card has his name spelled wrong, and he knew that, so maybe he could get new ones?) He was prompt, on time for the appointment and considerate when scheduling a time to come back Great guy, great business!
