Joel P performed an exemplary job for us He efficiently repalced our kitchen faucet to remedy our leak, rebuilt the bathroom sink stopper, fixed a leak in our water supply pipe, and did a major job in fixing our hydronic heating system which was not circulating in the pipes That involved a new air device, circulating pump, and additive to protect against future corrosion in the pipes

We called their main number and said that we needed a technician to check our furnace and air exchanger and CLEAN both or them, for a home inspection The guy came out and didn't have so much as a Kleenex to clean anything I offered our small mini vacuum to help him with that, and he said emphatically NO He did nothing but add a plethura of needed parts for our all already working furnace He DID NOT even attempt to clean either the furnace or the air exchanger, and had a very bad attitude I feel violated on every level, and paid him $on my Visa I have repeated called the phone number for the Genz Ryan Company, and no one even cared After multiple phone calls, I finally reached Jeff, a Manager, who had totally no interest in helping this situationMost of my multiple phone cals couldn't even get a person: just a recording that said that they were busy This company is a very bad scam

Genz-Ryan were very friendly, helpful other than one part of it Our first service tech called us letting us know that he would be there in minutes which was great The next day the service techs that were installing our new furnace arrived later than expected due to a team meeting that we did not know about and we did not get a call from them letting us know when they would be here They put drop cloths down but they were dirty with debris and leaves and should have been shook before they came They answered any questions I had and went over everything before they left and were very professional installing the furnace and it is working great!

We had our hot water heater flushed and inspected this morning We were very pleased with the service The young man that did the service was very good at explaining what he was going to do, and what he did I had some questions and he answered them for me He was courteous and very knowledgeable I would definitely recommend Genz Ryan for any service work

Our experience with Dave B the plumber was excellent He was very personable, gave good advice as to the problem at hand and did a very professional installation of our new kitchen fixture Our experience regarding talking to a scheduler and customer service was poor I called at 7am with a leaky sink plumbing, was automatically placed on hold and then told to leave a message I left a message, and after not receiving a call by 7:30am, I phoned again, was placed on hold automatically, and then again told to leave a message My point is, when I make an emergency phone call such as this, I want to talk to someone and not have to leave messages

Noah was very professional and gave me the information I needed in order to make a decision about my situation I appreciated his sense of humor and his efficiency during his visit

Johnny J was the service technician who came out to to service our A/C He not only did terrific work, but spent time explaining to me how the different parts of the system worked, and what to look for in the future as signs of potential problems I am a much more informed consumer and understand why certain actions are required I have NEVER had this quality of service for any product I would definitely recommend G-R to family and friends
