last night about 10pm we noticed that our main water pipe was leaking.they had a service guy call me said they dont wanna have to come out tonight if they didnt have to so he had me send pictures of the issue then he told me to shut down my water softener and I said that the water hasnt stopped but he said that would be fine until morning.the next morning I called them they said that we had an opened end appointment I kept telling them I have water leaking everywhere she didnt care to hear about it.then I called back minutes later said I need it done asap its an emergency they told me they cant be there until 12-2pm.finally I called back at 210pm said im still waiting and the person on the phone said they had an emergency and I said mine isnt.its 237pm and im still waiting now.I think just because I have a system on warranty they have to service me but there clients are jumping ahead of me

After spending almost $17,on a new air conditioner and furnace not even years ago, this is what our "new" equipment looks like
We've had excessive water leaking from our AC condenserThe drain for this was getting plugged and water was leaking all over the new furnace They were out in May to address this the first timeThen back again this August
Genz Ryan first blamed defective dampers in our zoned heating systemQuoted us $to replace After more research, they decided that wasn't the cause
They then told us these drains clog easily and we should sign up for their annual tune up program as they check for clogs like this Funny thing is, we never had this issue once in the years prior with the original furnace and AC unit?
Lennox gave us the contact info for another dealer (*** Heating) who came out today Within minutes, he uncovered what was causing the clogs (last picture) A TON of debris was in the drip pan below the condenser coil

We were extremely pleased with the work done on our furnace by Genz-Ryan technician Terry HHe did a complete and thorough review of our furnace along with the needed replacement of two new fan motorsHe had one motor in his truck and located the other at a distributor and delivered by a Genz-Ryan service man and installed all w/i three hoursHe was extremely knowledgeable and professional and we'll continue to use Genz- Ryan for all of our future HVAC needs
