Mike Bfrom Genz-Ryan did an excellent job of repairing my air conditioner
What a bunch of liars, cheats and thieves They make used car salesmen look like saintsThey have a billing rate of over $a hour Took over two months to actually talk with someone Although a partial credit was offered, they still ripped me offI'd give them a negative star if I could I've got nothing good to say about them They use deceptive sales practices, then don't document what work was done and over bill you The only reason I actually got to speak to someone and got a small credit is because I contacted the Attorney General's office to make a complaint
Joe *** from Genz-Ryan along with his fellow installers and electricians, installed a new air conditioner and a new humidifier for meI was impressed with the hard work, professional attitudes and pleasant customer relations skills of each of them but Joe stood out from the crowd
First experience with Genz-Ryan Plumbing and HeatingOn a July day that will have a heat index of over my home AC stopped pumping cool airCalled at 7:am and at noon Noah Fwas there to fix itHe gave me all the options starting with the least expensive and was able to fix it that wayI would HIGHLY recommend Genz-Ryan and specifically NoahI also purchased a silver $per month plan that will have them come twice a year for free to do maintenance inspections of my heating and AC

It started with a 1st time call to GenzRyan Phone was answere by Wendy, she was so cheerful and ready to help ! A great first impression!!! She got a message out and within 30mins, I received a call confirming a plumber named Matt MWould be here shortly!!! And he was indeed!!! Matt came in and introduced himself and proceeded to say I know what caused your problems!! Matt was absolutely amazing!!! He was able to deliver the worse devastating news to us, as to what took place in our home caused by a faulty Water SoftenerEveryone should be made aware of the aftermath of the catastrophic mess and damage it does!!! However, Matt walked us through it, piece by piece, and with the patience of Job! No pressure at anytime!! Sweetest Man ever, You can't pay him enough!! He is amazing, and at his job as well!
He came to our house around 4PM and left around 9:PM He said he would not leave, until we had running water and at least one toilet before he left!! Actually he got toilets working and running water before he left! Not only did we find a awesome Plumber and Plumbing Company but, also a wonderful friend!!

On 12/3/I called Genz Ryan for a service call , which I have Service Partner Membership Plan, due to my furnace not functioning properlyOn 12/5/6, a technician arrived at my home and diagnosed the issue and discussed the costI agreed to the cost of the repairs of the furnace, along with purchasing a home humidifier systemMost of the furnace repair work was completed on 12/5; however, on 12/another technician installed the home humidifier system, along with finishing the work left on 12/I signed an electronic contract stating the work that was going to be completed for both days and the total came to $1,448, which I paid in full by check on 12/
Problem: I never received an electronic billing contract statement to show what I had paid and work that was completedThe reason why I needed the billing contract was for proof to submit to my warranty company for reimbursement for the furnace and also to have the contract I signed for my recordsOn 1/9/after several atte
We are so grateful for the quick and thorough response we received from both your company and Joel P Our plumbing problem was damaging our fixtures as well as prohibiting us access to any clean water Although we needed both a new water softener and iron filter, all was taken care of, installed and operational within a few hours Joel made sure we understood what we needed to do, how to most effectively operate our equipment, and we cannot thank you all enough for being there when we needed you We only hope that this reaches you personally, and that you will thank Joel again for us

Our Plumbing Technician Joel Pwas a super-professionalAt first I was disappointed at how long it was taking them to arrive from another job, BUT now I understood whyThey leave NO stone unturnedThey are so thorough in their job they make sure they leave with everything working the way its supposed toI was a nervous wreck with water pooling up from behind my wall in the basement, BUT Joel Pknew exactly what to do (years experience!)He had all the necessary tools at his disposal and anything that came up, he was prepared forMy large water leak was fixed, and I had peace of mindHe even examined every point of water distribution in my house and had a list of recommendations with various price options, but never pushed anything beyond my immediate emergencyHe wasn't out to juice me for everything I hadHe was there to rescue my family and I from disaster, and did so AMAZINGLYI will always call Genz-Ryan from now on! I had my hot water heater serviced by Tom R., and I couldn't be any happier He pointed out some things that were not functioning properly with my water softener, and noticed that my commode was leaking into the basement I will be changing my maintenance program from another company to Genz-Ryan because of his thoroughness and observation Who wouldn't like to head off problems before they occur? He is helping me avoid expensive problems in the future
