Dave Bwas scheduled to do maintenance on my water heater He was very courteous and professional right from the start He explained what he was going to do and proceeded to get his equipment to start the process He even allowed my young son to continue to bombard him with questions while he was working (he was so nice to him!) answering each and every inquiry with a lot of patience, all the while still working on the flush After he completed his scheduled task he asked if I was on the maintenance package and I told him I was so he offered to do the regular plumbing checkup that I would be entitled to with the package This was a great help since I didn't really want to take off of work again for another maintenance item Dave was very efficient and paid attention to the details and explained what might need to be fixed or replaced and within what timeframe I was very grateful for his service I would highly recommend the maintenance package service from Genz-Ryan if you are not a handy person and you have very little knowledge of the inner workings of your systems It definitely gives me peace of mind that someone who knows what they are doing did a check up and felt things were ship-shape

Cody and Adam installed my furnace and air conditioner today They were very professional and took the time to clearly explain any questions that I had They took additional steps to ensure that some previous "fixes" were corrected and also provided information that will be helpful for me to better utilize the equipment They not only worked on the inner workings of the equipment but also ensured that the exterior was in great shape They left the work area much cleaner than when they started

Our furnace went out over the weekend and Chris Rspent all day here on Monday installing a new one We were very happy with the work he did and would specifically request him again if we have any other issues Thanks!

My house is years old and my furnace was originally installed by Genz-RyanIn the night of Black Friday (Nov 25, 2016) my furnace motor stopped running as my friend tried to installed a programmable thermostat (NEST) without turning furnace power offI called Genz_Ryan next morning (Nov 26, 2016) and the technician came to inspect and he fixed it within minThe motor was blowing hot airAfter the easy fix, the technician explained that the motor might be stopped again anytime and recommended me to replace the whole thing by energy efficiency motor or equipmentHe suggested me that I could have saved tons of money by replacing motor by energy efficiency motor and filterHe gave me a price range for the replacement between $2,- $10,I asked him the price seems ridiculously highHe explained that it would take long time to replace the "Whole Thing" and the parts (Motor) is expensive oneHe promised to tell me the Motor/parts brand name if I were agreed upon his price

Nick did a good job evaluating my situation and offering options We had a little misunderstanding on what was included but all was worked out to my satisfaction Joe and the electrician did a very good job installing the system, explaining how it worked and cleaning up after installation Nice job

I decided that a new ac was in order after a service call but and am afraid the initial technician did not give me the correct information as to what I would be receiving - so not impressed with thatHOWEVER, what I was VERY impressed with were the technicians Mike Mand Tre Mwho installed the new high efficiency acThey needed to fit the much larger ac in a small space previously occupied by the one installed in It took the whole day but Mike kept me informed as to what was being done and why, seeing as they had to pull a number of things apartThe end result was a neatly installed ac that hopefully will keep running for more decadesThanx guys!

MattM did a fantastic job today recommending and replacing my old water heater that had sprung a leak He also repaired another plumbing issue that had developed a slow leak He was extremely professional and quick at his job I was impressed at the quality and how thorough of job that was done Matt also had a great sense of humor and wouldn't hesitate to use Genz-Ryan and Matt when needed in the future

Matt did a very good job explaining options and giving his recommendation He did the plumbing task quickly and clean up was excellent Things now work well with the plumbing issue we had
One area where there could be improvement - The company had just launched some new electronic work order write up of options, that started the very morning my appointment was set for Matt tried for over hours to use the new software and made many calls to get assistance In the end, he presented options on paper and I made a decision I felt bad for Matt My suggestions, don't start any new software out in the filed until after everyone has been trained and tested for competence Lucky I had the day off I was not in any hurry Matt was a nice guy and I felt bad for him But he did a top notch job on the plumbing (and that's what I'd expect for the prices charged)

Gens-Ryan was here today to service our furnaces They found a problem with one of them and called it to our attention We are having the furnaces replaced very quickly - this week They were informative, gave options, and were pleasant to deal with They know their business

On one of the coldest days of the year, a service technician arrived at our house, diagnosed the problem, gave us our options and made sure that we would have heat the NEXT DAYHe was patient and knowledgeable...and even arranged for space heaters to be delivered that night to get us through
