They installed a new AC and heating system in my bramd new construction home After months I have had to get a technician here twice The AC unit is still defective and my home is not cooling off in the hot suimer AC unit is now making loud noisesnot happy with this setup

I have had several issues and frustrations with Genz Ryan's service since installing a new furnace and a/c systemAfter several complaints and service calls, it was determined the new furnace was installed improperly and needed to be replaced due to high carbon monoxide levelsService representative Josh and his assistant Matt installed the nee furnaceI can't say enough praise for JoshHe walked me through every step of the way and showed me where the problem occurredHe asked me if I had any questions and they were very thorough with the installationJosh restored my confidence in Genz Ryan

Genz Ryan was called to inspect a boiler on Thursday October 26thThey replaced the thermostat and did a visual inspection of the boilerContracted with me to replace valves between the boiler and the water softenerI paid with a debt card the sum of dollars in advanceAn appointment was set up by Mike who was the service technician, for the following Tuesand was told I would be called between 12:and 2:PMNo call and no service was performed on that day, or any other day I called and talked to Phil that night and cancelled my business with them due to failure to showI requested a refund of my payment for services I did not receiveToday is November 6th and I have called the company at least times talking with Phil each time who kept telling me that he would forward my concerns and requests to his manager and Mike's managerI was told on occasions that they would be in touch with me that dayNo call has ever been returned to meI want a refund for serv

I was not home when he arrived for my scheduled appointment but he left a note, and when I called back he arrived a couple of hours later and took care of everything

Quality work and customer service once again

Office staff was very helpfulTechnician David A, did his bestRight up front he said he was not real knowledgeable on our system but got the job doneLoren BCalled the next day said he and Bosch rep are coming out to see me to get the system running right

Positive experience, Called early in the morning and by pm the same day the installation of a new furnace, AC, Hot water heater and new softening filtration system was completedI am very happy with the job Tom, Jason and the rest of the team did in getting this done

We were interested in replacing a 21y/o Lennox Furnace and AC, also updating our zone heating A quote was no available by email or printer We had to write it down ourselvesNo literature was handed out, to better understand the products we were interested inThe whole encounter lasted for two hours Most of the time seemed to be getting a quote ready I felt it took to long, a waste of timeThe Representative was easy to work with No high pressure sales pitch The April Air Humidifier has not worked this past winter He trouble shot the appliance and found the water hose was plugged with sediment No charge HIs actions did promote good will

Matt did a very good job explaining options and giving his recommendation He did the plumbing task quickly and clean up was excellent Things now work well with the plumbing issue we had
One area where there could be improvement - The company had just launched some new electronic work order write up of options, that started the very morning my appointment was set for Matt tried for over hours to use the new software and made many calls to get assistance In the end, he presented options on paper and I made a decision I felt bad for Matt My suggestions, don't start any new software out in the filed until after everyone has been trained and tested for competence Lucky I had the day off I was not in any hurry Matt was a nice guy and I felt bad for him But he did a top notch job on the plumbing (and that's what I'd expect for the prices charged)

ended up fixing it myself--something very, very simple--courteous when I called to schedule and nice when I called to cancel

We called Genz Ryan for what we thought might be $500-$Some irregularities were found and we ended up with a $10,bill which we were not expecting days before ChristmasThe plumbers were great explaining and providing rationale for why replacements were needed (company out of business = no parts and rotten pipes in the floor), making us feel comfortable with authorizing the workI think the plumbers involved felt badly, too, but were very professional al along the wayWe were quite shocked but it was necessary workWe appreciate the quality of the work and their help!

Plummer was friendly and efficientWork was done well

Matt was very efficient, very helpful and knowledgeable, went the extra mile, discussed concerns I had about both water heater and water conditioner He was very personable, seemed like a friend right away!
