Billy at Genz-Ryan came out today He took time to teach me about our system and explained how I could keep my eye on things I would recommend both Genz-Ryan and Billy

I have had several issues and frustrations with Genz Ryan's service since installing a new furnace and a/c systemAfter several complaints and service calls, it was determined the new furnace was installed improperly and needed to be replaced due to high carbon monoxide levelsService representative Josh and his assistant Matt installed the nee furnaceI can't say enough praise for JoshHe walked me through every step of the way and showed me where the problem occurredHe asked me if I had any questions and they were very thorough with the installationJosh restored my confidence in Genz Ryan

The Genz Ryan tech did an excellent job in servicing our furnace His inspection was very thorough and he left a number of service options as well as alerting us to potential concerns Very courteous and clean

Genz Ryan was called to inspect a boiler on Thursday October 26thThey replaced the thermostat and did a visual inspection of the boilerContracted with me to replace valves between the boiler and the water softenerI paid with a debt card the sum of dollars in advanceAn appointment was set up by Mike who was the service technician, for the following Tuesand was told I would be called between 12:and 2:PMNo call and no service was performed on that day, or any other day I called and talked to Phil that night and cancelled my business with them due to failure to showI requested a refund of my payment for services I did not receiveToday is November 6th and I have called the company at least times talking with Phil each time who kept telling me that he would forward my concerns and requests to his manager and Mike's managerI was told on occasions that they would be in touch with me that dayNo call has ever been returned to meI want a refund for serv

On Tuesday, 9/19,2017, Zach *** from Genz Ryan came to do an Annual check up on my furnacePutting on shoe covers before he entered my door made him stand outHe was polite, noted my arm in a sling and asked what happened? He discussed in detail what he'd be doing and made small talk during the processHe did find two small problems and discussed repairing now or waiting till future---NO pressureThis was great service I've had for years and recommend to othersThanx Zach Rose Ann

Very professional, very polite and considerate of our needs We appreciated Zach and Monica so much that we certainly will request their friendly services and positive demeanor again We were very pleased to work together with them

Matt the service tech showed up on time, and installed our kitchen faucet and it looks and performs greatHe also provided an assessment regarding our laundry tub

I was very pleased with the service I received from Genz-Ryan and the service technician, Bill B Bill called in advance of his visit and arrived as scheduled He evaluated the situation and presented me with multiple options for correcting my problems The options ranged from very basic to very expensive and comprehensive He made no attempt to direct me to any specific option, but he did explain each of them thoroughly

Chris came in, job the job professionally and courteouslyImpressed with Genz-Ryan overallGood admin staff, good sales, and a good installer

We had a serious leaking faucet in our upstairs bathroom tub Bill evaluated the situation and came up with several possible solutions and pricing Our house is over years old so the plumbing was in need of up grading to bring this bathroom up to code and fix the leaks The project was completed this past week and we are very pleased with the end product Bill and his helper Mark were very professional, neat, and friendly We look forward to continuing our business relationship with Genz-Ryan

Noah called and let me know when he was on his way to my house He spent over hours fixing my furnace and programming it He would explain to me about the programming as he did itHe told me about their filter delivery service Everything was great except I could smell cigarette smoke

Loren Bfrom Genz Ryan Plumbing and Heating came to our home today to perform an annual furnace maintenance visit He always does a great job; he has been here a couple times before and is knowledgable, courteous and efficient He explains things and asks if we have any further concerns and never gives you "the bums rush" but makes sure that he has covered all of our concerns We appreciate his work ethic and his professionalism We requested him because he has impressed us in the past and he did not disappoint He is a valuable employee
