I notice by the way that came without a manual, what is very strangeI though that I could get it on the internet. At this point I believe this GPS must have to be returned from somebody else, repackage and send it to me. I contacted Garmin.com and they said very clear that that camera doesn't work with the GPS. I don't beleive they will package items that are not compatible. I'm just asking for a GPS that work with the camera that I have already installed in my car.

RPWF / WF/ WSG-(3-Pack) via our online shopping cart located at *** on 7/**/17. We received a call from our customer on 8/*/whereby customer stated that they wanted to return the merchandise for exchange as they ordered the incorrect item. Customer was given directions for the safe return of the merchandise.On 8/**/our return warehouse received the merchandise with a notation for a refund not an exchange. After inspection our Returns Warehouse did not find any defect with the item. We processed the return per the instructions and refunded the full purchase price of the order on 8/**/17.We received another call from our customer on 8/**/with a request to have the return shipping refunded. We explained that we do not refund return shipping charges for incorrectly ordered items and we also explained that no return fees were charged. The agent further went on to offer our customer a $discount on a future order as a courtesy. Customer refused. Either way, I will not be using Factory Outlet Store in the futureWith social media the way it is today, word travels fastOne dissatisfied customer can tell literally thousands of friends and thousands of their friends in a matter of hoursI realize SEO is important and you pay a lot to have your company listed a the top of *** searchThe next time these friends I mention are looking for a laptop battery like me or other item you sell, I wonder how many will remember my experience when they see Factory Outlet Store at the top and skip down to the next on the *** list? Was it really worth making me go through all this effort to collect a mere $62.00?Thanks again for returning the funds to my credit card account

Once again, this is typical of the deceptiveness of the company I have pasted in below the credit I was given on February ** As one can see, it was for $ It was not until a week later, after a number of complaints with Revdex.com and elsewhere, I now see on checking my *** statement, that the remaining $in dispute was credited They did not credit my account $ They credited it $174, and then, on protest, the remaining $ There claim about consideration for the client could not be more absurd or more wrong They are "considerate" only after the customer spends a month trying to get his refund
