I am filing this complaint due to the lack of insurance on the computerIt is ethically responsible to provide insurance with such expensive productsIt is unethical to provide a shipping label and not clearly and boldly notify customers that this package is not insured97% of online retailers provide insurance for all products, even when valued less than $50, hence it can legally be assumed that the provided label had insuranceThe lawyer mentioned this company has been rumored to be colluding with *** personnel, and immediately following my complaint, my package suddenly arrived at your officeIt was not tracked at all in the *** system, yet suddenly made its way into your hands as soon as I retained counsel and filed this complaintThat is very odd and leads me to trust these rumorsI think it is imperative this company is investigated as my package clearly did not go through the proper *** channelsI expect a full refund for my product immediately
