The customer accrued late fees as a result of paying late for his July and August... payments. The late fees were then communicated to the customer on his monthly statements. As a courtesy to the customer, we have weaived one of the late fees. KMF would like to thank the customer for taking the time to contact us. I thought this complaint was resolved until I and my cobuyer each recieved a dunning letter on November 22, The letter is dated Nov a full week after this company claimed to gave recieved a check Complaint # [redacted] I appreciate you looking into this matter although it looks like it needs more attention [redacted]

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The charges for excess wear were in disputed. You say that wheel damage of up to 4” was acceptable. All of the wheels except for one was less than 4”. The pictures pointed at but didn’t properly show the measurements. Again this was never addressed with me. Promised phone calls back from that department, but it never happened. If the dispute was proven and closed then I would’ve paid. I was told that the dispute would be handled before anything would be considered late. I was lied to. I wasn’t the one putting it off. Regard [redacted]

At Kia Motors Finance (KMF) our customer satisfaction is very important to us We thank you for bringing this issue to our attention and allowing us the opportunity to investigate and respond to this complaint On 11/30/2014, the customer scheduled a one-time payment for withdrawal on the same day However, she also had Autopay set up to withdraw on the second of every month, which resulted in her sending another payment on 12/2/ The customer has already placed a stop payment on the 12/2/payment and KMF no longer has those funds Additionally, the stop payment she placed on the account has disabled the Autopay account she had created, as a result, that Autopay will no longer make monthly withdrawals for her payment Should the customer require any additional assistance, she may contact a Customer Service supervisor at 1-866-331-5632, Monday-Friday, 8AM-9PM EST
