This matter is not closed until I receive the proof! We stand behind our previous statment to the customer

Our customer paid the balance on his account on January 2, The late fee and interest charge were removed from his accountIf there is a credit balance on an account we will issue a refund checkThe account holder listed as the primary on the account would need to contact us at
###-###-#### and request the credit balance on the account mailed to themIf this request is not made, the credit balance is applied to the next purchase or if no purchase is made the credit balance will be mailed within daysAgain, the account holder may request to have the credit balance mailed at any timeWe apologize for any inconvenience our customers have experienced

We received the customer's complaint via a different channelThe customer was advised to reply with his decision as we are happy to process a return to your account or transfer the balance of this e-gift card to a physical card and mail it to the recipient

Upon review, the correct amount was refunded to the customer with the return

we are able to verify there was a pricing errorWhile Kohl’s reserves the
right to correct any errors, records do indicate the customer was promised a

I think this was a completely lackluster response from Kohl's and didn't at all show that they really grasped how inconveniencing and time consuming this experience was for me To say that coaching will be done when three out of three employees (two of which were managers) failed to follow through on promises made, each resulting in more wasted time, frustration and inconvenience to me is not a sufficient response, and to offer me 20% off my next order?? Anyone can find a 20% (or 30%) coupon if they Google it I'm completely shocked by this canned, ineffective response Thanks Kohls I'm glad to see how much you value your customers
