Upon review of the account, the payments were scheduled by the customer via their My Kohl's Charge accountWe do not have access to make changes to the customer's online account information therefore there was no Kohl's errorWe are unable to reimburse the customer for the fee assessed by is bank

Upon review, our District Loss Prevention Manager has been in contact with the customer and has advised her we are currently reviewing her continued entry into our storesOnce a decision has been made, the customer will receive notification from our Loss Prevention Department

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Yes, this is my registry and I have items registered Not the small amount that was stated before in a response from Kohl's I have met all requirements for the $ I do not have to purchase an item to get the $through email Since this offer is now expired, because it has been so long, why would I have an item on my registry purchased? If the code to get the $is now expired, how could the $email, just appear in my email once an item is purchased? Since this was never stated in the first place to receive credit I can't trust that Kohl's would actually follow through and send me my $25, when it was promised from another employee through email when I emailed shortly after the situation started and I never received it then either Thank you!

I asked the representative to credit my order but was told the only way they could do that was to place the order over the phone I was not comfortable giving my credit card number out over the phone I would only accept the offer to credit the order if it could be placed online rather than via phone.I also believe that if the online policy says that the Kohl's cash will be credited back to the account, that is what the company should be required to do I should not be forced to either place a phone order or wait a month to get my money back

When an item is returned without a receipt, a Kohl's Merchandise Credit based on the lowest 13-week sale price, will be receivedWe are unable to provide the amount paid on the receipt as the return has been processed

Our records indicate she has been in contact with our Risk Management Department who handles claims as such and will need to reach out to this department for additonal questions or concerns

Upon review of order ***, we can confirm a pirequest has been initiated to retrieve the damaged mattress topperWe recommend packing the item as best as she can to ensure the item is pcked up properly by UPSThe tracking number is ***Once we receive the item back to

I have attached a picture of the screen showing the advertised price, along with time and date stampThe time and date stamp directly correlate with the time I called customer service to resolve the problem
Again customer service was unable to help meIf Kohls has a policy of not honoring sale prices they need to state in on their website where the consumer does not need to search for it
I am not satisfied with this issue and continue to believe that there is some compromise that Kohls can come to, to resolve the issue
