Kohl’s changed their return and exchanges policy at the end of I was turned away when trying to exchange a pair of pants with a defective zipper, because they didn’t have the exact same style of pants in stock anymoreBecause this item was part of a larger $300+ purchase for which we received Kohl's cash, the most they would compensate me in trying to obtain a replacement pair of slacks was $13, including store credit! (with a receipt; for a $pair of pants purchased on sale for $40?) Their customer service staff and store management told me that corporate leadership no longer allows them to allow exchanges for merchandise of similar style, size and price, because they were losing too much money by allowing people to exchange merchandise (especially if it was defective)
I would like to exchange the defective merchandise for an item of comparable style, size and price (as marked on tag). I would like Kohl's to honor their policy of an "even exchange," especially for merchandise that is no longer in stock or has been discontinued, with a receipt, no less. Without a receipt, the amount offered was less than $10. I expect a retail establishment to stand by the quality of the merchandise they sell. Obviously, Kohl's new policy is deceptive and misleading, and this case needs to be closed. We will close our Kohl's account and no longer shop there. Buyer beware!

this is not a great company as hey advertise: Khols where great things happen, that is a sloganThey to not meet the needs and expectations of their customers.They keep cutomers like me strandedi will be glad to return items that I have purchased back to the store for a refundThe state no receipt as long as you have your khols card, but they can never pull up the information when making a return agai its advertising
