For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.None of the issues that I have mentioned in my complaint were addressed The mattress damaged mattress topper that was sent to me has been returned and I have not received a credit to my account for the return as of 10/01/ I have have been charged for two mattress toppers and yet have not received any for which I have been chargedI have requested to have a receipt for the damaged one and did not receive that yet, I have requested a replacement and have not received that as of 10/01/14, I requested a credit for the returned one and have not received that Kohl's has failed to address any and all issues brought forth in original and subsequent complaint(s)This matter has not been resolved to my satisfaction

This is a stupid response to see from Kohls, every rep said a different story and now I see they say the refund was already processed but I never saw my refund in my credit card accountThis is a very bad business practice where Kohls CSR says a different story and once you log a complaint with Revdex.com.org then they say the refund is already processedIf the refund is already processed why am I not seeing the money in my bank, now they may say it will take 7-"business days"I would never accept a response like this fro Kohls

I was contacted by a customer service representative on 11/11/and was told a refund was issued on that date, but it would take up to days for it to processIt has been days since then, and the credit is still not reflecting on my account.

Again, I talked to your agent to extent on Feb20th about my points, he explained, and told me as of March 1st I will be getting in kohls rewards cash, for points, but I did a return, which left me with 307, which still would get me
