The amount is still incorrect and Kohls is wrong I received percent off another item But I've already said that several times and provide proof! HOWEVER after months of this with emails, phone calls, me providing proof etcI'm done! Thank you Revdex.com for being champions and an advocate for consumers from big corporations that clearly take advantage.Once again please close the file!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** Upon checking my credit card statement, I found that I had been refundedHowever, the late fees and interest charges remainedI called Kohls and informed them of this and they eventually agreed to remove the chargesWhen I checked my statement a couple of days later, I confirmed they had removed the late payment fee but not the interest chargesTherefore, I had to call them again and explain everything again, and now the interest charges have also been removed.I now consider this matter closed

Yes the situation has ended by my driving over miles each way to Virginia and taking the coffee makers back to the store personallyI don't accept that Kohl's has acted responsively or ethically in this situation by their refusal to cancel the order when I first contacted themAS WELL AS, them giving some explanation and apology for the website problems that caused this to happenI am disgusted with Kohls and I don't plan to use them or recommend them to the many people I am in contact with daily!

Upon review of her order, a label was never created for the missing items which means the package was never picked up by our carrierOur records indicate a refund has been processed on 10/15/in the amount of $back to her Kohl's Charge cardThe credit to your charge card will take an

the return was processed on 04/11/Unfortunately a system error occurred preventing
the credit to post on the

forwarded the matter to our Sales Audit team for immediate re-processingWe ask that the customer allow 5-business days

Again, Kohl's is failing to recognize a joint *** warranty they offer; they are refusing to acknowledge a bogus warranty phone number they have listed directly on their website to aide in honoring of ***/Kohl's sold warranty items; they are failing to recognize that the exchanged item is not equal to the warrantied item; and they are refusing to recognize that they instigated the exchange after I had asked them to honor the warranty.This is why it has escalated to this level, as from the very beginning I challenged that the item they offered to "replace" the set with did not honor an equal exchange which is what the word "warranty" guarantees Please refer to the previously attached correspondence.
