automatically be applied to the purchaseYou do not need a coupon to save an extra 15% with a Kohl's ChargeHowever, if the customer has an additional percent off, our system will recognize the scanned coupon and will not add the 15% off discount automatically loaded on the Kohl's Charge, as we do not combine two percent-off discountsWe are unable to apply an additional discount

When a return is processed any discounts used with the original purchase will be reduced from the total refund as it was reduced from the original price of the item to reflect a lower sale priceThis also includes any Kohl's Cash that may have been earned or used with the original purchaseThe
refund amount will be for the actual amount paid for the item with the original transactionUpon review of order ***, the return was processed back to the Visa credit card used on the orderOn order ***, the customer's Visa credit card was used on this order as wellAlso with order ***, we confirm the return was processed and placed back on the Kohl's Charge on December We are unable to change the return amount received
