Thank you so much for being the intermediary for me with this HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE merchant. There is nothing in my spam email because I check it daily to remove unwanted junk mail. I NEVER received the Kohls cash and it's been reported several times. I spoke to Flor on 08/and *** on 10/01; both told me that they were going to send me the $Kohls cash. But, neither did not! To date I have been given the run-around. So let Kohls know that I will be bringing the comforter set back and getting a full credit for the $143. I will use my *** ** *** ***, etc accounts to get a new comforter set. They can expect me to return the set within the next two weeks after I find a new comforter set. They can KEEP their Kohls cash. Upon review of our customer's Kohl's Charge account, we have taken the necessary steps to update their credit profile to reflect as current with zero delinquenciesWe advise our customer that it may take up to days for this information to reflect on their credit profileA letter was mailed to
our customer and may be used as evidence of the correction in process, in the interim

Our records indicate the package was delivered to the customerIf they have not received it, we advise filling a police report and replying back to us with the police report number and verification to proceed

*** *** *** ***s are an acceptable form of tender at Kohls.com. Regretfully, without viewing the screen details we are unable to state for certain what may have happened to cause the order process for our customer to not completeIt appears there is an authorization hold for the
amount our customer states they entered for the *** *** *** *** of $We suggest the customer contacts their bank to see if they will accept a release of funds form from Kohl's for the dollar amount on holdNot all banks will accept the formIf the bank agrees to accept the form, our customer would need to provide the banks fax number for us to send the form, and the full gift card number. If the bank does not agree to accept the release of funds form, the authorization hold will drop off within days (we have no control over the time limit, this is set by the bank) and the funds will go back on the gift cardWe apologize for the inconvenience our customer has experienced

Kohl's Cash is not a valid form of tender for a return We advise the customer return to the store with the Kohl's Cash and receipt for additional assistance
