Regarding our customer's Kohl's Charge account, our records indicate there is one account that was established in This account is an individual account in the name of *** ** *** Our records further indicate this name has been listed on the account since the inceptionThere has been no change of name and no new card issuedA name cannot be changed on a Kohl's Charge account without leaving an audit trailBefore any changes can be made on a Kohl's Charge account and before any information is provided for a Kohl's Charge account we are required to confirm private data elements when we speak with a customer regarding their Kohl’s Charge accountPrivate data elements may include but are not limited to verification of the account holders’ name, date of birth, last four of the social security number, and date of last purchase or paymentVerification procedures are followed for every call relating to a Kohl’s Charge account
While we empathize with our customer regarding their experience with us, we respectfully decline our customer's request for compensation

When a return is processed any discounts used with the original purchase will be reduced from the total refund as it was reduced from the original price of the item to reflect a lower sale priceThis also includes any Kohl's Cash that may have been earned or used with the original purchaseThe
