Why can't I buy them for family and friends as gifts? The way you took the kohl's cash back is unbelievable and so disgustingI think you know that if I return something that I get kohl's cash at the time I purchase it , I will only get the amount I paid for and minus the amount of kohl's cash. Now I know you are such bad companyI will do my best and just return all the used vacuum, even I lose money. It's not worth to wast more time on this issue.

The reference to clearance prices was to advise that with the exception of those prices, our online items that may be priced differently than in-store may varyAgain, she is welcome to use our buy online pick up in-store option if it is available for the item she is looking to purchase

Our Corporate Refund Department was able to locate the original purchase made for the item returnedThe item was purchased online and the refund total has been adjusted to reflect the amount the customer paid when the order was placed

Upon review of
Kohls.com order #*** it
appears the customer utilized a “Buy one, Get one 50% off promotionShe has
been refunded the correct amountWe apologize for any confusion

A claim has been filed with our Claims AdministerA member of our Risk Management Team will be incontact with the customer for further review

Our rebate expiration dates are listed in the rebate form when the customer receives itUnfortunately, we are unable to honor expired rebates

Our records indicate the customer was advised the price will be honored on recently placed orderUpon review the order *** is currently in fulfillment, once the order reaches a completed status the necessary adjustments will be made

We stand behind our previous statement and consider this matter closed

While in most cases out of stocks are
reflected prior to the check-out process at Kohls.com, there are situations
when an out of stock may not be evident until the order picking processThis
can be attributed
to high order volume, damages, etcPlease
check back at Kohls.com, as items are replenished frequentlyIf at that time

Unfortunately as these purchases were Christmas Gifts; my husband and I decided to re-order most of the items from another retailer, except two of the items that we did re-purchase at Kohls online, at higher prices than the original order to ensure they are received in time. However, the retailers response also does not address the issue of releasing my information to another customer as they released that customer's information to myself.
