We received the customer's complaint through a different channel and have resolved the concern

I wanted to send a message from the complaint page, but cannot find a way to do it, it just says there are no actions for me to perform now, or something like that. Anyway, on my complaint *** rejection, I had stated that I did not receive the refund that Kohl's said they had given. I wanted to update that, the refund is now posted. However, I am still unhappy that it took so long to process and required too much prodding on my part to get anything done. Had I not gone to you guys and called them myself on the 10th and demanded to get someone to fix it after the first person who answered the phone told me it was still in process, it's likely the order would still be sitting there open
