image of the BabyBjorn Travel Crib as it appeared on March 19thI informed the company on March 19th that I specifically intended to purchase this itemOn March 20th, I followed up and stated that I wished that the March 19th price was honored on this, but they refused I informed the
person from their social media team, ***, on March 19th that I
attempted to purchase thisI was told my *** that the company was
aware that the information was not accurate and that there was a lag in
updating this informationMy husband and I have been watching Kohl's
for sometimeThis "lag" was only remedied by Kohl's after I made them
aware that CONSUMERS were aware of this problem, too.I was not offered the Baby Bjorn at the sale price even though it was listed as such at the time.I
also tried to purchase a Graco TotBlockWhen I received correspondence
from srexecutive correspondence advisor on March I was told, and I
quote, to "Please be advised we are unable to offer an additional
discount on the Britax Advocates, Baby Bjron Travel Crib and Graco
TotBlock items you wish to purchaseThese items are excluded from any
additional discountsThis information is located on the product page." At the time of the March 20th email, the Graco TotBlock still did not
contain this language (please see image attached).I would like Kohl's to honor the prices I should have legally been allowed to pay on March 19th, That is, I would like the 20% Friends and Family discount along with the additional 20% I should have garnered from opening a credit cardI would like these on the items I brought to their attention as intentional purchases:One Baby Bjron Travel CribTwo Britax Advocate car seatsTwo Graco TotBlocks

Kohls claims that it has already refunded for the difference in Order ***But I have not received the refund as yetPlease ask Kohls to provide proof that it has refunded the difference amount and that I have received it.Regarding Order ***, I am attaching the order confirmation emailI am also attaching the refund receipt for that orderSince everything in that order was returned by me, I should have been refunded the entire $48.22, but I was only refunded $as seen in the refund receiptRefund receipt also shows that tax amount refunded is 0.0%, whereas order confirmation email clearly shows I was charged $as taxSo, like I said, I have not been refunded the tax amount by Kohls. Similarly, in Order ***, I have attached the order confirmation email and the refund receiptsSince multiple return receipts were there, there are attachments (part and part 2)From this order, I did not return all the items from the orderBut as is clear from the order confirmation, I was charged tax, whereas when I returned, tax amount was not returned (its 0.0% as clearly shown on the refund receipt)So, I should have been refunded the tax amount of $on the merchandise that was returned by me, which was not done.Kohls is confusing percent off discount with tax amountPercent off discount from the tax charged on the itemEven in there reply to you, they are saying I got less refund as I used a percent off / promotional discount couponThey don't understand PERCENT OFF/PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT is different from TAX AMOUNT !!!I have tried to explain this so many times to kohls and given them all the proofBut they just dont refund.In fact, earlier in another Order no ***, I ordered items and was charged for it when I placed the itemI paid using a gift card, which I discarded at that time itself as it reached $balanceLater I got an email that of the items was out of stock and therefore was cancelled from the orderBut I never got a refund of $+ tax for the item that was cancelledSo basically, I ended up paying for an item which I never receivedWhen I contacted Kohls, they said they will send me another merchandise credit card, which again never came.Kohls just keeps saying they have refunded and that they will send merchandise credits, but that never happensIn fact, this tax problem has happened earlier also, but I did not preserve my receipts earlier as the customer service representative promised over phone that they will send refund through merchandise credit card. I have easily lost over $because Kohls just does not refund tax, charges for items and then cancels it !!! Even after so many emails and providing all the proof, there is no response and refund from kohlsI have already wasted so much time on thisKohls should compensate for wasting so much of my time over such a simple issue and refund all the amount that they owe meAlso, they should repair their return system to avoid such mess ups in future

This complaint has been discussed on the phone with myself, *** ***, and my wife, *** ***, together, with Kohl's many timesMy wife called Kohl's customer service on 9/23/14, around 1:35PM EST, and spoke with *** employee ID ***My wife gave authorization at that time to allow me to have full access to her Kohl's account regarding the matter in question because Kohl's has caused her enough unnecessary stressI called and spoke with Kohl's representatives repeatedly after that date, without my wife on the phone, and was allowed access to the accountKohl's has my wife's accurate phone number on file to call and verify that her permission is still valid for me to discuss this problem. As an additional note this Revdex.com complaint has been filed under the email address of my wife, *** ***, meaning she is well aware of the communication being exchanged through Revdex.com. Kohl's has stonewalled my efforts to get answers at every opportunity with every excuse available, and this is just another exampleKohl's customer service has focused on everything but CUSTOMER SERVICEThey have even spent more of their time as a customer hindrance, instead of serving the customerThey have done nothing to assist in the correction of a mistake that is of their own makingAs it stands, I would never recommend anyone shop with Kohl's because they have ZERO concern for the customerMy wife and I would still like to see an apology and an acknowledgment that this entire situation is a result of Kohl's inability to supply, on their e-statements, a correct address for physical payments to be sentAn apology and acknowledgment would be the ONLY opportunity Kohl's would ever have of trying to convince us not to tell people "NEVER shop with Kohl's."

In order to receive the $promotional coupon for opening a wedding registry, a minimum of unique items should be added to the registry which does not include gift cards and multiple of the same itemIn addition, a minimum of one item needs to be purchased from the registryUpon review of
her registry, there are unique items, and the remaining items on the registry are gift cardsIn addition a purchase had not been made on the registryThis information has been previously communicated to the customerWe are unable to send the $coupon for the reasons stated above

The check was mailed to the customer however the
apartment number was missing from the addressWe attempted to contact the customer on 01/20/to advise of this however we did not reach herWe have mailed the check back to the customerAgain, please allow 7-business days to receive itWe apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused
