That's the 3rd time ive heard that response and still have not seen the credit! I was supposedly given the credit going on months ago and never received it so this 14-day bull crap IS NOT GOING TO CUT IT! I want IMMEDIATE credit to I can order my merchandise

We researched the customer’s concerns regarding Kohls.com
order number ***Upon review of the order we found that the customer
used $in Kohl’s Cash on this order, not physical cash

of an item you bought with Kohl's Cash, the value of the Kohl's Cash coupon
will be returned as a Kohl's Merchandise CreditWe will not accommodate the

successfully makes their Kohl’s Charge payments via My Kohl’s Charge (MKC)It

The vendor did call, however as of 3/I have yet to receive the parts. I have not received a call from a manager at Kohl's as of 3/11. I was not asked to let them know if I recievded a call from the vendor. Since they do not know how to use a phone, they must have sent an email about it. I do not have it. Please have them provide it to prove thier claim. I would like to know when a manager from Kohl's will be contacting me. I am doing business with them and not their vendor. They have some talking to do with me about the nature of this issue and their poor customer service

I don't know if they have my registry mixed up with someone else or what because we did not return anything to Kohl's from our registry and I did not count any items that I purchased after our wedding, so I find their response insultingBefore this experience, I shopped at Kohl's regularly for over yearsI had every right to ask this question but their response seems almost argumentativeI would rather spend $of my own money at the other stores in my area where I am treated with respect and valued as a customer.
