For kohl's to expect the customer to keep doing more and more legwork to resolve an issue they created is excessiveThe situation with *** *** *** ***s has been explained to them several timesNot sure what aspect kohl's is failing to comprehendThe worst part is their refusal to do anything unless I keep up the pressure and do their work for them
The part of waiting up to days for kohl's to do nothing and possibly have the problem resolved with NO effort on behalf of kohl's is the showing the utmost caveat emptor
The point kohl's is making is clear, but I do NOT work for kohl'sConsidering my time and aggravation, the amount is almost, ALMOST, not worth the effort for what kohl's expects from their customersAt least it is giving great stories to tell all my friends, relatives, contacts and everyone else I get the chance to share it with
Kohl's is requesting I do nothing for up to days so they can do nothing is not acceptableThis is obviously kohl's business practice, but it is a practice that is not acceptable to consumers

We received the customer's complaint through a different channel and have resolved directly with herWe consider this matter closed

"First the order total was $before which is greater than $50, the payment methods I used were $of Kohls cash and $on my credit card I think you are implying that Kohls cash is a coupon and not a payment method, if that is the case then calling it cash and reflecting it as a gift card is misleading a deceiving practice to trick consumers into thinking they have a gift card when they do not.Second there was an error in your system because I clicked 'confirm checkout' on a page that only had one item in my cart but then you went ahead and ordered a seperate item I did not order both and if you ask me to confirm my purchase it is shady to then go and change the items in my cart before charging me I do not plan to ever enter a Kohls after this incident, if you send me a shipping label I will gladly return the item."
