Upon review of the order ***, the package was delivered to his local post office in which the customer was advised to contact them to obtain the package on several different occasionsDue to the package not being retrieved by the customer, the order was shipped back to our Fulfillment

Upon review of the Kohl's Charge application, the Social Security number she entered was off by one digit in the front and due to this the application was deniedOur Customer Service Department has updated the Social Security number and the application was approved however she will still receive a
decline letter as it was mailed out on October 6, We advise the customer to disregard this letter

I have tried thisI have been told after being on the phone for long periods of time that they have checked
I have been told that the account I have is active and there are no problems
I have been told that I do not have an account but can open one at any time
It is become very obvious that this has been a colossal waste of timeI am deeply disappointedI can remember a time that the Revdex.com stood for the customer not the company
I can remember a time when a company that committed fraud would not be able to walk away from it
I guess the Revdex.com is no longer the consumer advocate that it used to be
Fortunately there are other avenues such as *** ***, the TV consumer advocates, etcthat I can pursue
They have cheated meYou are allowing it
We evidently need better laws and more regulations against the dishonest companies that promise but don't deliverThis should have been solvedThey promised me rewards if I bought their merchandiseThey have blocked me from opening the account and are refusing to fix the problems
I have stated repeatedly that I have followed all of their directionsI have sent emailsI have made phone callsThe end result is no helpThe dishonest company wins with the blessings of the Revdex.comThey should be required by law to provide what they have promised

Our records indicate, there were several different purchase attempts made for the same item which violates our purchase limits with specific itemsThis information is listed on our kohls.com as well as all of our sales advertisementsWe have removed the restriction however we will continue to
monitor for quantity limit abuse and that we have the right at any time to deny him from making purchases on our site
