Seeing as how the response from Kohl's was essentially the same response I received via mail, this does not resolve my issueKohl's refuses to accept responsibility for their mistake and this act of injustice goes to show the type of poor customer service they provideKohl's claims that they record every phone call made to their customer service department, so the proof of their mistake could be verified by their own representative should they decide to listen to the conversationIn their response to my complaint, Kohl's does not even attempt to resolve the issue by giving a viable explanation as to why they issued an unauthorized charge on my account, why the incorrect payments were refunded, or why a scheduled payment I had for January was cancelled along with my bank account informationThey claim to not have access to my account, which is a gross understatement seeing as how they are able to delete my information whenever they so pleaseThe response I was given in regards to my complaint did not even attempt to answer my complaint, nor had anything to do with why I had sent in a complaintIt read like a blanket statement I'm sure lots of customers receive when they complain about an injustice done to them by Kohl'sI will not let this issue go until I receive compensation for Kohl's taking money from my bank account without my authorizationI look forward to hearing an actual response from Kohl's that answers my complaint.*** ***

We stand behind our previous statementWe are unable to reimburse her overdraft fees

We advise the customer to reply with her original receipt information starting with the date so we may review the discounts appliedThe customer is also welcome to return to the store for a breakdown as well

Upon review, the order was cancelled due to the item being out of stockThe customer spoke with our Customer Service Department who credited the customer's Rewards account to receive a $certificate as a replacement for the loss of her Kohl's CashIf the customer would like to place a new order,
we are happy to credit the $to the new order and cancel the certificate

Kohl’s Cash has always been valid during the redemption periods listed on the coupon only, as we want to allow all customers' the opportunity to take full advantage of this promotion. However as of August 1st, we began enforcing this policy and allowing for a grace period of hours after
date of expiration to accept Kohl's CashHer feedback/concern will be taken into consideration to future changes to our Kohl’s Cash policyWe are unable to compensate for the expried Kohl's Cash

Upon review of the customer's Kohl's Charge account, the billing statements are being mailed to the address on file which is the same address that is listed in this complaintWe have not received any returned mail which would indicate the billing statements are being receivedWe can also
confirm a duplicate copy of the most recent billing statement was mailed to the address again to serve as proof the statements are being received

Revdex.com:If Kohl's will replace the damaged item, accept the gift card, and NOT demand a credit card number I will accept their responseIF however, when I attempt to reorder the replacement item and Kohl's demands a credit card number I WILL be contacting the Revdex.com again!

The response was sorry I felt pressured from someone asking me if I wanted a credit card. What happened is I was harassed and embarrassed and lied toShe put me in a position where a large group of customers were and Asked meI said noShe then asked againI said noI told her I would not get approved bc I have bad credit in front of this group of peopleYet she pressed guaranteeing me $ She said it like it was a $gift card promotion to sign upI still said noThen she said she hated doing her job but she needs to and to help an old woman outAll in a line of customersShe not only badgered me She baited and switched me into thinking that if I applied for a credit card I would get at least $gift card even if I wasn't approvedAs a gift for just applying. Your response is insultingI hope you take this complaint seriously$was promised to me from this ladyI feel like I desrve more bc of how loyal of a customer I have been for years and because of how horrendous of an experience this was.
