In the future, a return is processed based on the original tender. If the merchandise is purchased using a Kohl's account, the refund needs to be applied to the Kohl's accountIf the account has a zero balance, the credit balance generated from the return is applied to the customer's next purchase or the customer may request the credit balance mailed at any time
