For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Order number *** reflects SKU - KitcheAid Classic Plus qtStand Mixer in the color Silverwas suppose to be cancelled by your customer service department, an 1/hours after the order was placed but it never got done even though I was told on the phone that is was cancelledAnd as of 12/only the partial order was received the mixer still hasn't showed up. ***maybe mistakes would be acceptable because we are all humanBut this whole ordeal has been one mistake after anotherFrom sending wrong item, to being told I would get to use my 20% discount and then unable to do itScanning my merchandise credit at the kiosk and it not take itYour customer service department saying my order was cancelled but it never wasLetting me to believe that I was ok to reorder my items and to use my merchandise credit on this orderI have have planned to return your items but until I receive them my money is tied up, I am being charged interest and it is a mistake on your part

received the customer's complaint via a different channel and her concerns have
already been addressedWe previously provided an accommodation to this
complaintThe acceptance of this accommodation served as a conciliatory end to
the complaintThe customer has also been informed we would not be providing

I totally dis agreeSince I have received the Khols cash the stores have always accepted the Khols cash after the dateWhoever has replied to this email is stating they only accepted by the expiration date and that is totally falseI feel I am being ripped off due to a change which a simple email or simple letter would have cleared upIf this is how Khols is going to treat their loyal customers this is very sad I still think they should honor the old Khols cash and not make any exceptions after the Chang on August 1stI'm sure a lot of customer did not knowI would even accept a letter to present to the store to use my Khols cashI am not asking for money I just want what's fairThis is not ten dollars this is eighty dollars I would also like the name of *** *** of Khols and or an address as I will be reaching out to all Please help to resolve thisKhols is a multi billion dollar company, and it's just not fair. ***

I do not know how long Kohls will take to investigatebut obviously, more than one year investigation without any result is not efficiant way

the Kohl’s Yes2You Rewards program, which is a completely separate entityWe
will be unable to accommodate the request to retroactively provide the customer’s
reward points, as she has never had an account We advise the customer to contact
our Rewards Department directly if she needs assistance enrollingShe may
email them at [email protected] or call their Customer Service Contact Center
