They already have the receipt informationI already told them that I did not use any Kohl cards on the original purchaseThey do not take responsibility on the treatment of me in there storesAs it stands they are thieves and they stole $from meI will never go in any Kohl's stores again and I will be telling everyone I know not to go in any Kohl's stores because they steal your money and then lie about itI do have the original receipt but I will not play this cat and mouse game on information they already have

I reject the business response I already talked to the manager she refused to run my kohls credit card the merchandise is no more than months old,kohls need to call the *** *** store manager.I was not able to respond on the format Revdex.com e mailed to reject the business response that is why I am replying on ur email this way

The reason she has received courtesy calls from our Collection Department is due to the missed payment on her Kohl's Charge accountIn order to stop the calls, our associates need to enter information into the system advising of when a payment will be made, the amount and method of making the
paymentIf the customer is unable to make a payment, we encourage her to contact our Collections Department to set up some sort of a payment arrangement on the accountThey can be reached at ###-###-####

We received the customer's complaint via different channel and confirmed the 40% off adjustment has been credited

Our trace results indicate her order was delivered to her local post office in *** ** on 10/02/and delivered to your address on 10/02/Please contact your local post office for further information regarding the status of your package with tracking number ***

I contacted both Kohl's rebate department and ***I was told by *** that my rebate information was submitted incorrectly by Kohl's which is why I have not received the rebateThis is Kohl's fault, and they should fix the problem.

Service Desk of any Kohl's store near youNo receipt is needed for Kohl's Charge purchasesWe can locate Kohl's Charge purchases up to months after the purchase date, and the credit can be applied to your accountNon-Kohl's Charge purchases, or purchases made outside the month timeframe qualify for a Kohl's Merchandise Credit or a corporate-issued refundIn addition, our customer service representatives, for the security and protection of the customers', verify account specific information regarding their Kohl's Charge account

Upon review, the account was opened in June in which the customer received a 20% off discount for opening the account and applying the purchase to the account as wellWe advise the customer to attach a copy of her bank statement showing the additional charge to her credit cardThe purchase
amount of $was due by 07/however we did not receive a payment until 09/27/Per our Cardmember Agreement, if a payment is not received by the due date, a late fee is assessed as well as an interest chargeWe received returned mail on the account therefore we sent an electronic update to Experian, Trans Union, Equifax, and Innovis to remove any negative information that may have been reported in consideration of the circumstances that occurredPlease keep in mind that it may take the consumer credit agencies up to days to reflect the updated informationIn addition, we can confirm the account is closed with a zero balance

Upon review of the Kohl’s Charge account
we are able to confirm the fraud statusAt this time the account has been
closed and the matter resolvedThe customer will receive a letter in the mail
as confirmationWe apologize for the inconvenience

We do not charge interest per item purchased with a Kohl's Charge accountInterest is charged if the full balance is not paid by the cycle date therefore, we respectfully decline the customer's request to credit any interest charge assessed to her account

We apologize for any inconvenience however our associates and management team verified video games are not included in the promotion Again, we stand behind the decision made
