Concern has been addressed with distribution and regional managers for immediate resolutionOur intention to service our customers as they expect is very important to us. Therefore, as requested, a full refund in the amount of $will be mailed to you. You should receive your check within 2-weeks. Additionally, as agreed during our telephone conversation earlier, we’ll deliver the Sunday paper, free of charge, for the next three weeks. During this time, I will follow up to ensure delivery is as expected. I am rejecting this response because:We were told they would ship with in 2-business days, NOT days, and we contacted the Tribune SEVERAL TIMES and they would NOT respond! HORRIBLE company. We TRIED to apply the discount AT THE TIME OF THE ORDER!!! But they would NOT APPLY IT! This is ridiculous. WHAT A SCAM

November 12, we have resolved the delivery concern with resident. Sample deliveries have been stopped and household has been removed from our sampling list on the home and mail delivery side. During our follow up call earlier today, we were happy to hear no further sample were delivered. While I have no phone records of them ever trying to contact me, there has been a Sunday paper delivered to me every Sunday thus farI will re-write another complaint if this situation is not taken care of by the date they have given

I am rejecting this response because: I will accept this response if it actually stops for a few weeksAs recently as last Tuesday July I still got it, I was sitting by the window at the time so chased the delivery boy down the block He was a year old, I asked if he knew I keep asking to discontinue these He had absolutely no idea and said nobody had told him This is after months of complaints.
