Our company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we take customer complaints very seriously. Before customers commit to our 14 day free trial, our customers have to personally check the check-boxes and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our auto-ship program. Please see the following check-out page: http://trylavishskincare.com/ payment.php for more information.

We do, however, feel for this customer's concerns. We strive to make sure that every one of our customers are satisfied. For this reason, we have refunded the customer back the amount of $89.73 as of 8/1/14. This amount should reflect in the customer's bank statement within 7 business days.

Feel free to let us know if you should have any questions. Take care.

Review: ordered a anti-aging product from Lavish skin care that was supposed to be a free sample for only cost $4.95 postage, but they billed me $89.73. At the time I ordered this, a second item popped up and I couldn't get it off, but left it cause it was only supposed to be Free for a $3.95 postage fee. That company connected to Lavish sent me Neudermis cream and they billed me $86 for that I tried to reason with Lavish but they said I agreed to their terms (which I DO NOT recall ever seeing about being billed after 14 days. They first offered a 25% discount which I refused, then they went to 50% so I took it because I was afraid I wouldn't get anything. The Neudermis people offered me 75 right away. This is a scam and false advertising. I see many complaints here and on a "ripoff" web site. As a senior citizen on a fixed income (to whom these products are directed) I cannot afford this product, and never ever saw this pricing. I will never respond to a "free" sample offer again and got taken the by company.Desired Settlement: I would hope Lavish would credit me the additional 50% so my $89.73 is refunded in full. I will hope neudermis will honor their promised to give me a 75% credit on the other item, so this company (they are connected) are still getting some $20 plus postage out of me.

Review: No truth in terms, none stated, 14 day trial no conditions stated, advised after 14 days start date of order and item had to be returned unopened, where is the trial period. Called on 7th day of receiving item and was advised 14 days have passed, includes date of order and was billed and never disclosed billing or amount to be billed if item was returned. THIS company is a fraud and stealing money.Desired Settlement: Refund amount billed and return their product to them.

Dear [redacted],

Review: Company charge my credit card for poor free trial offer. Charge my 89.73 and 88.78. Company said they do not refund after two weeks of mailing the product. They did not enclose company information inside the box with the free sample and did not disclose the hidden charges. When noticed charge on credit card called credit card co. to get the number and they refused to refund. I only tried the product once and it broke my face out. This is fraudulent . I told him I was taking this to Revdex.com he told me to go ahead they had a 90% record of defeating . That is no a record to brag about, I am so upset over this matter.Desired Settlement: refund my credit card for 89.73 and 88.78.

Before customers commit to our 14 day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes. Please see the following check-out page for more information: https://www.trylavishskincare.com/payment.phpOur records indicate that you had been processed a partial refund of $31.40 by our customer service representative on July 22, 2015. We feel for your concerns and as such we have processed an additional refund in the amount of $58.33. This amount should reflect in their bank statement within 7 business days. In addition, the other disputed amount of $88.28 you claim was not charged by our company Lavish Skin Care. We recommend that you contact this other company directly. There may be a customer service number either on the packaging slip or on the other product itself. Please feel free to let us know if you should have any questions.

Review: I did an online survey for a company and at the end they offered me a gift. I chose from about four choices and all I had to do was to pay the shipping. I submitted my debit card and I thought that was the end of the transaction. Fourteen days later I saw a unauthorized charge on my bank statement for about $85.00. I started to make queries and found out that this company charged my account. They did it on a Saturday and by early that Monday morning it was taken out. I called there customer service and I was told that once I submitted my credit card I was agreeing that after 14 days if I did not call and cancel that my account will be billed and every month thereafter. They said all they can do is to cancel the account and there will be no further billing. I mention my case and that I had no intention of buying no skin product for $85.00 and if I could return the unopened product. That was dismissed and he kept repeating that I agreed to the charges and that further charges will not occur. My complaint is that if this practice continue and they are able to get consumers at least once they have a very good chance of making a lot of money. On the site this disclaimer is in small print, now that I am looking I am scrutinizing the page and now it is visible to me. I hate practices that are deceiving because nowhere on this site does that portion of information jumps out at you, so that you are made aware of the terms and conditions.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back and at the best at least have other consumers aware that this practice will be addressed and many would not fall prey to the same faith as I did.

I too was ripped off by this company

I did what the article said paid for shipping then I was billed an atrocius price for the two items

Review: I received a popup on my computer. The popup stated I could accept a one time trial of Neudermis and Lavish skin care for the S&H charge of $4.95. I declined the offer and another offer appeared. $2.00 S&H for both products. I accepted the offer and filled out info requested:

Name

Address

Credit Card Info

I filled out the form and a little while later I was charged the $4.95 instead of $2.00.

I was then shipped a Lavish Skin Care on 10/8/15.. (didn't order) I called to get an address and return authorization to return product. I was told they did not accept returns. I sid I never signed up for a monthly shipment at the price of $89.73. I was told they could give me credit of half payment $44.87 I accepted the half credit with objections.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund. The company agreed to a half refund of 44.87. I would like a refund of of the remaining payment of $44.86.

Review: The Deluxe eye therapy was said to be 3.95. The Lavish skin care was said to be 2.95. When the credit card statement came those were on the statement plus 89.10 and 89.73. Never any mention of the last two amounts on the packing or order confirmation sheets. I have not used the product and they will not let me send it back.Desired Settlement: That the 89.10 and 89.73 be refunded to my credit card for it was never stated that I would be billed that amount.

Review: On July 20th I ordered this product. I copied it to computer, cut it did not allow all information to print. I received the product on the 24th of July. The company said it was a 14 day free trail. I began using it on the 25th and my skin was so dried out that I had to use other products to fix it. I did not receive the product until the 24 of July. So I called them on the 5th of August to cancel the product and they told me I had already been charge for it because they counted the days that it took to get here... They said they would not refund the entire amount, but would only take off 50%. I knew that I was responsible to pay the $4.95 for the shipping which was fine. So I called the bank and they told me there was nothing they could do either.

Anyway, this is such false advertising that it is unbelievable. I check their website to find very many complaints on them. I was charged $89.73 on the 4th of August, and ONLY received a refund of $44.86. I know there is probably not much you can do, but I think this is totally illegal advertising and should be stopped.Desired Settlement: I believe ad am entitled to the rest of my money on my credit card minus the $4.95 for shipping. This is so wrong. I do have sight problems and should as heck did not see anything about the 3 days that it took me to get the product to be included in the 14 day Free Trail. Again this is illegal advertising and they should not be allowed to get away with it.

Review: This "offer" showed up as a "prize" while I was on the California state lottery page. I do y know how they were able to infiltrate the states web page, but they did. I authorized $4.99 shipping to "accept" their gift. When I got my second gift in the mail, I returned it to sender, unopened. Yet, they charged account $89. I have now received my third "gift" in the mail, and another $89 charge to my account. They don't accept accept inquiries on their web page and their phone number disconnects in the middle of their recorded "message". I guess I'm going to have to close my account to stop being bilked out if $90 a month from this company. By the way, thus product is horrible!Desired Settlement: Not just a refund to me, but they should bd fined for associating themselves with a State website.

Review: I ordered one trial offer - Lavish Skin - $4.95. I received (4) products in the mail. I paid for the shipping $18.80. Called the company and received cancellation confirmation #'s. Returned all the products (4) - when ordered one. Now they are wantig to bill me $89.73 four times. I have cancellation #'s, returned products and they still want to bill me for items. I have called the company three times - cancel confirmation #[redacted]. They said that this # would cancel everything. Just received two more boxes today. Called and received no help. Spoke with [redacted] - id #[redacted] and [redacted] id #[redacted]. I asked to speak with supervisors and they say there are no supervisors available. I do not intend to pay for these items when I have returned each of the items.Desired Settlement: All I ask is that they remove the 89.73 (four times) from my bill. Since I do not have any of the product and have paid for the shipping - why should I still be charged??? Thanks for any help.

Dear [redacted],

Review: I was told that I was eligible for a free offer to just pay shipping. Item was received w/no bill of lading or further contacts. No phone #'s

or anything. Nothing was said about automatically sending me more, but if I wanted another shipment I would be charged 83.00. This

was along w/another sample that they sent from another address in Canoga Pk. I was able to retrieve that phone # and cancelled

immediately. That would take care of the double offer. Lo and behold, the Co. states that I should have contacted both product Co.'s.

Not receiving any bill of lading w/that info, I figured it was taken care of. I complained to the 1st product Co/ I rec'd and they said I

was cancelled.??????? Lo and behold, now I'm getting a double billing for something that I returned, refused & return to sender, not ordered--

plainly marked on the unopened box. This is some sort of scam. I'm an 90 yr old and on limited income. .What is going on????Desired Settlement: Return of unauthorized charges on my charge card.

Lured us in with 4.95 and 3.95 shipping only for trial.Recieved 2 separate companys Lavish skin and Dermabrite. They both have the same address. After 2 weeks I saw a charge for 89.00. I ordered nothing else from these people. I called them and they wanted to send me another order at half price. I declined and argued. They agreed to refund half my money to my credit card. So 44.00 is what I hope I get back. Nothing yet. I answered an ad that said Dr OZ reccommends this product. Lies.

Review: I Orderd a product from this company, as a free trail, not knowing that there was an additional product I received with the 1st order, I thought I was only paying for shipping and handling, they took a total of $ 185.64 on September the 14, 20015 never received and e-mail from them, nor did I receive paper work with the decription of the product, telephone number indicating I needed to cancel within the fourteen days, spoke with them and explained to them how was I to cancel if you did not provide me with the proper information and a telephone number told them I did not order the second item , I was told that they both work well together, I think this people are scam artist's, one telephone number is in birmingham, so I was told but they would not give me the state, and one is in santa ana, ca but I think they are working together in this and the other address, is a PO Box.Desired Settlement: I would Like to be refuned my money back, there's no way I would have paid 89.49 for one and 96.15 for the other one. they are having people believing that all they need to pay is $4.95 and $3.95 for shipping and handling.

Review: Company falsely advertised "Free 14 Day Trial" of it's skin care product. I was charged for the product and then sent additional supplies and was charged for them The products are unused and I was told by the company they cannot accept a returnDesired Settlement: Allow me to return unused product and stop the false advertising.

Review: No where did it clearing explain that this was an ongoing subscription/monthly charge.

I agreed only to "Trial" products for $4.95 shipping fee. I was CHARGED for the products after 14 days.

this is a SCAM. Then when I called to send back my shipment the rude woman argued with me and asked me if I wanted a discount on future products AND said I would be charged $9.95 restocking fee for returning shipment of products I NEVER asked for.

SCAM dishonest and if there is any "fine print" it is SO FINE no one can read it. My credit card company said they have received many calls already- most people won't take time to file a Revdex.com complaint form.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for ALL charges AND an apology from business

Please

it's the least they can do.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was not sent anything in writing explaining what I had agreed to.

IF you look at other "complaints" against this company, you will see they have the same complaint as I do. No where is it clearly identified that it is a "14 day trial" or a subscription auto refill product. IF I had known that I would not have ordered it.NO WHERE does it have T's and C's clearly defined. I believe I was on my cell phone which may have had some very small HIDDEN print to explain this. Please do check out others' complaints- they say the same thing. I am 54 years old- I know to look for these small T's and C'sI will never again order anything like this online. It was not clear- no information given. Just $4.95 to try to the product. NO 14 day trial or that YOU GET CHARGED for the product after the 14 days!!!so there really is no "trial" they get you to order it and after 14 days they charge you for it and then they mail you refills and charge you for it- subscription based -no where is this explained clearly. I have disputed with my credit card company and needed to get a new credit card. It's ridiculous. honestly.

Regards,

Review: I signed up for a trial offer and ended up having a $4.95 fee plus $89.73 charged on my credit card for skin cream. I did not authorize this charge and did not want $90 skin cream! I called Lavish Skin's customer service dept. who promptly discontinued my "membership." After I told them that I had no intention of signing up for this and that I wanted to return and get a refund of this charge, they basically gave me the company line, "you agreed to the terms and it's your fault." This is not how a professional company deals with unsatisfied customers. After speaking to many agents asking for a manager and for a refund, one agent finally agreed to give me a 35% refund. That was fine, but not good enough. This amount is used just to appease the customer. I don't want this product and feel their advertising was highly deceptive; it was not clear in their advertising that automatic charges to my credit card would be made monthly. I would never agree to something like this, especially for something as frivolous as skin cream. I'm a working mother with two children and I have more important things to spend my money on.Desired Settlement: I would like the $89.73 + $4.95 trial fee credited back to my card.
