Hello,I do believe that Vistaprint should have handled this matter after the first complaintRather, they ignored the nature of the complaint completelyWhen I presented this to them, they had no response,as they would not admit their ignoranceHowever, their follow-upwas corrective of the problem and I will carry this issue no further.I will simply not deal with the company againThe matter is closed

I find it ludicrous to hear that the business cannot apply promotionsWe are not talking about promotions here They have failed to provide me business cards when there was plenty of time for them to arrive, they never notified me of a payment not going through, and there was no reason for the payment not to have gone throughHaving had to deal with Vista Print, has caused a lot of frustration and disappointment, let alone not having the needed business card on a crucial date We are not talking about a 'dble promotion' here I am merely asking for a discount on an order that has been extremely poorly handled, delayed, and cancelled without proper notification I don't think what I have asked for is in any way unreasonable I will not accept this discount on a sudden higher cost. [Vistaprint wrongfully shut down of my websites costing me over $1, As of today I have not received an explanation nor adequate compensation for their errorThey have offered to credit my account and provide their services for additional months at no charge This free offering that they have made totals less than $in value and is not close to the $1,that I lost]

Thank you for the email. I spoke with the Postmaster, LC ***, yesterday and inquired how the *** received my package when I thought it was being delivered by ***, that was the tracking information provided by Vistaprint website. He advised me that at the SHIPPERS REQUEST, *** will subcontract shipments with the *** if they can deliver it cheaper. *** never made an attempt to deliver. The *** carrier never came to the house to deliver, only left a note in the mailbox, which is a futile attempt at delivery, at best! I feel if the Vistaprint website states that *** would deliver the package, then *** should deliver the package! But in this case, the shipper selected otherwise, which to me is advertisement! Once *** "pawned" the delivery off on ***, there was NO tracking information available and the only advice the Vistaprint Chat Help could offer was to check at the Post Office closest to me.....what???? Really???? In my opinion, the LEAST Vistaprint Customer Service could have done is at least FIND the package for me so that I would at least know where to start looking for it! I had to call THREE Post Office locations before I located the package! To me, that is unacceptable no matter what business you are in!

Hi,Thank you for your response and images that were sent in regards to the payments that were debited (DBT=being taken from your account) and credited (CRE= being added or refunded to your account) to your bank account.The first image shows the last instance of debit (DBT) that we took on the of $14.99- Note: beside the $charge there is a minus sign to say that we took that amount on that date. The second image shows an instance of credit (CRE) on the of two charges of $eachNote: there isn't a minus sign beside the $charge reason is because it was going back into the account and not being taken out.As it relates to the overdraft charges we will still not be honoring that request as based on the details of the statementThose overdraft charges weren't as a result of an error on *** part or overdraft charges accrued from ***.The statement clearly shows that these charges were based on other purchases/ transactions that were made with other companies not associated with ***Below each company's name it states the overdraft charge when the purchase was attempted as well as the actual charge when funds were available in the account none of which are coming from *** or is associated with ***. Thank you in advanceHope I was bale to make things a bit clearer. I will also recommend that you check with your Bank to clarify/verify these charges and the companies that they are associated with.
