Avoid this company! They will sell you a sample kit and you will find it does not work $And then days after receiving it they will auto bill you $At which point you will try to cancel the transaction but they will ignore your emails and when you call to tell them you will be returning coming shipment and expect to be reimbursed, they will say that you are being charged for the initial samples and they will not repayAvoid this scam company!!!

The company has contacted me to thank me for my orderHowever I told them I didn't want the order and wanted my money backThey forwarded me over to the billing department and at first wouldn't help me until I mentioned the Revdex.com they then gave me half of my money back but not the full amountAlthough I am very happy to see some of my money back I was under the impression that it was a trial and I wouldn't be billed for anything more than shippingI have offered to return the product although yes I did open and try it (thinking it was a trial) but they said they would not take an opened bottle for health reasons and then gave me back half of the moneyI would still like a full refund.Thank you for your help,*** ***

BUYER BEWARE! Cellumis is a very deceitful companyIn my case, I saw the offer online to try their products for approximately $I decided to give it a tryWoe be to me, if there was any fine print at this time, I did not take the time to look carefullyWhen the product arrived, there was no receipt and absolutely no mention of charging for the product after days
The minute after midnight on the 14th day from Scottsdale, I received an email informing me of chargesLuckily I was living in a different timezone at the time and I was lucky enough to see the email immediatelyI called and spoke with a man telling him that for me, it was not the 14th day but the 13th (because of the time difference) and I was canceling my orderHe was rudeHe was a bullyAnd finally he hung up on meI sent emails to the company to that effect
But, on my next credit card statement, I was billedI called the company, spoke with a woman who was also rude and also tried every tactic to con me out of moneyShe would let me have 50% back ifShe would send me extra productShe could not give me back moneyetcfor a very long timeFinally, she said that if I returned the product I could get a full refundLuckily I had the products, xeroxed the labels and my letter to the company and shipped it all off through signature/return receipt from the post office
I returned the products and got a full refund
I am writing to warn countless other women of this situation hoping they will not have my experience or succumb to the bullying
