The customer placed the order for our products Metabo Garcinia and Metabo Green Coffee and by doing so signed up for the day trial offerOur customers are shipped out a full day supply product and have days to try out the product before they buyIf the customer decides the product is not
for them and cancels out within the trial period they are billed nothing further, but if they decide they do like the product and do not cancel they are then charged the full cost of the product they received and placed on a day auto bill and ship program until they do cancel out as per the terms and conditions that must be agreed to before placing the order*** signed up for our trial offer on 12/30/and we did not hear from her till about 2/19/via email that she would wish to cancel outWe explained the terms and conditions to *** and have even went as far as to offer her two options for a refund because we would love the opportunity to rectify the situationWe have offered the customer two optionsIf the most recent package that was shipped out as of 2/17/has not been opened or used she may send that back to us for a full refundIf it has been opened or used we can issue a 50% partial refund as a courtesyAs for the original charges we will again as a courtesy offer her the same option even though it does fall out of our day return policy that is in our terms and conditions that the customer did agree toPlease have the customer respond back to us directly via email if she wishes to do a return so that we can provide the customer with the necessary informationIf the customer simply wish to accept the 50% partial please let us know and we can release the funds immediately

This company is a scam
They advertised a sample product for $and then they charge your account months later for $per bottle and swear you agreed to a subscription
I was able to resolve that with my back after being on hold for an hour but now to add insult to injury ....they have charged my account two times $for some ebook I supposedly ordered
Fighting with the bank again on that one
By the way to cancel a subscription the automated .answering machine offers to lower the $subscription rate to $per month

They bate you with a day trial for $but dont tell you that you have to canelled before weeks is up and they charge you$for shipping and $for productWhen this happened to me, it made my personal account to be overdrawnI am on a fixed income and this really made me madI finally found tbeir phone #, since my transaction was done online, and they would only issue a $credit to my account! Still upset, however, I did get some money back! Rip-offBTW , I found the product in Sam's Club for $18/ bottle

None of the details regarding the order trial time line were made known until I spoke with them on the phone(unless again in very small print somewhere) The only reason for the time delay in speaking with them was upon seeing the actual charges on my credit cardThe charges were not as stated and advertised which was for the MetaboWhen I went to place my order the site asked if I wanted the other product as wellThere was no place to reject the 2nd item and again it said for an additional so I purchased it tooThe company states that the was for the shipping and handling onlyNowhere in the add was the actual cost of the item, except perhaps as they stated in very small print somewhere not easily seenIt did not show up as charges on any check out screen when purchasing the productYes I did call them, yes I did complain about the deceptive advertising and strongly suggest they refund my moneyUpon hearing all the excuses as to why they could not I asked for someone higher up the food chain to speak withThey told me I would get the same No answerI than said I would than report them to the Revdex.com as well as deny the charges to my credit card companyThey rescinded the response and gave me the credit ID numbers for both chargesAlmost like they had them ready waiting for some magic word from meI waited for a few weeks and checked my CC account and found that the credit had not appeared in the two days they said it wouldI called them back and they insisted it was sent and the issue must be with bank of americaI called my bank, they confirmed it had not come thru and I proceeded to place a hold on the charges with the CC companyThey are looking into where the credits may be and supposedly discussing it with this supplierWhen I see the credit on my account as promised I can consider the matter closed.

With our products our customers are on a day trial period, if the customer decides the product is not for them and they cancel within the trial period they are not billed anything further, however if they do like the product and want to continue on the
program the customer is then billed after the trial period expires and placed on a day auto bill and ship program till you do cancel out which is all stated in our terms and conditions that must be agreed to before placing the orderUpon reviewing the account I do see that the customer originally placed the order on 4/27/and we did not hear from the customer again until 5/14/where it has been notated that the agent went over the terms and conditions with the customer as well as cancelled out the account so that the customer would not have any future billingEven though the terms and conditions were agreed to before placing the order we are willing to meet the customer half way and offer a 50% partial refund on the charges if the product has been opened and the customer can keep the remaining product, or if the product has not been opened we will accept for the customer to send back the product for a full refundPlease advise which option the customer does qualify for and we will set the account up for a return or issue the 50% partial refund immediately
