This is a huge scam After you order the trial sample, they enroll you automatically in a monthly program and charge you $for the product When I called and accused them of scamming me they offered to take 30% off of one product When I threatened to call the Revdex.com, they offered me 50% off and said I should have looked at the fine print They also use fake pictures that are associated with other products I have seen in doctors offices

I do apologize for this and was able to find a resolution for you today. I researched the account as see you were provided a return merchandise authorization number to return those products for a full refund. I will go ahead and refund you and you can just
return the products. The refund will be in the form of a check in the amount of $as requested and sent to the address listed above and that is the same address we have listed on file. I hope this resolves the complaint today. Have a great weekend

account. Unfortunately I am unable to refund the other two charges due to you placing those charges in chargeback status with your bank. Once you place charges in chargeback status your bank gives you a provisional credit and removes the funds from our side. I wish I was able to provide a resolution in the form of a refund but at this time I am unable to do you them being in chargeback status I hope you have a great day!

I ordered a sample of their eye product and firming cream I received it approx 4-days later However, before I had a chance to determine whether it was going to work for me, the company billed me for the two products for $ Apparently, they only have a ten-day period from the time you order on line (not receive) to cancel, not allowing for standard mailing period I was not aware of their very short period to decide to cancel or not I believe this is unrealistic and appears to be a trick on those who have ordered I cancelled all future products, but still have to pay the $ Lesson learned!
