Cellumis is an internet company that sells eye cream and face cream I read all of the fine print on the web page I have seen gimmicks on other web pages where you order and then they charge you a $if you don't return the product in so many days I was extremely cautious about this No where on the web page does it say you will be charged $if product is not returned in days I can only assume it must be buried in some paperwork included with your order

I have reviewed the account and apologize for any confusion when it comes to the trial that was signed up for I have reviewed the account and refunded it in full to resolve this complaint!
With our products the customer is on a day trial with the product if they decide the product is not for them and cancel within the trial period they are not billed anything further, however if they do like the product and want to continue on the program they are billed after the
trial period expires and placed on a day auto bill and ship program till they do contact us to cancel out as agreed upon in the terms and conditions before placing the orderThe original order was placed as of 4/08/and we did not hear from the customer till after the charges had occurred on 4/23/I do see that the customer has called in and spoke with agents and a supervisor who did advise the customer of the agreed upon terms and conditions as well as provided the customer with a 50% partial refund on each chargeIf the products have not been used or opened then we are more than willing to accept those back for a full refund

Called to request a return authorization for products which were shipped without my express authorizationAll most $was removed from my bank account without my express authorizationCalled for return authorization and was told by rep they "can't and we won't do that"!!!
They then hung up on me!!!
