We do show the product was delivered however USPS only keeps records for a period of time Once a chargeback is filed with your bank we are unable to provide any type of refund as a resolution to the account The outcome will be between you and your bank I am sorry I am not able to help more I hope you have a great day!

I thought I was getting a FREE trial of face and eye wrinkle reducing cream, free meaning product free, only paying shipping and handling I was so wrong, if you don't return product within days, bam! They slap on a charge of $for each product, then they'll ship you the product every days for that amount unless you cancel membership I had no idea of the terms which is not listed in front of your face unless you click "terms" Usually you have to check a box agreeing to terms, nope, no box to check

I too was charged $I did not authorizeThe charge was supposed to be $for shipping and handling only There was no detail telling me I had to cancel goods in days and return goods or I would be charged some ridiculous price
I contacted said merchant and they said they would refund, they gave me a confirmation number but not a date
I contacted my credit card company of unauthorized charges

I have a bank statement showing were they did refund it and then took it right back out of my account I went and spoke with my bank to make sure I wasn't looking at it wrong and they also confirmed that that's what happenedI can fax you over a copy of my bank statement
