I signed up to try metabo garcinia and within a couple of weeks I started to see some positive resultsI called customer service and informed them that I was going to keep the trial bottle and that I wanted to get a bottle every monthThey were both responsive and informative throughout the processI would highly recommend this product and the company for anyone looking for quality nutritional supplements

This is a follto Complaint # *** filed on 8/10/against Metabo MatrixI was under the impression that this issue had been resolvedHowever, when I opened my checking account online today, I saw that METABO MATRIX has AGAIN charged MY ACCOUNT on 8/19/for two amounts: $and $I have NOT AUTHORIZED these charges to my account, and consider them FRAUDULENTI want my money back in my account NOWI will also be filing a complaint with Mississippi's Attorney General's office and anyone else I canThis "company" is nothing but crooked and run by thieves.TranslateDesired Outcome: I desire a REFUND to my account AND the understanding that Metabo Matrix DOES NOT HAVE MY AUTHORIZATION TO CHARGE MY CHECKING ACCOUNT EVER....EVER.....EVER AGAIN

account I show that you returned product that was opened as well as the time frame on the account will not allow for me to process a refund this account is from February and the last charges are from April Due to this time frame we are unable to provide a refund I am sorry we were not able to provide the resolution you were looking for
