They offer a free trial for Megadrox. After your free trial has been sent they will automatically send more product and charge your account without knowing. This seems to be the latest in unethical business practice that relies on people who just except the product and won't complain. There should be law requiring businesses to make these automatic charges spelled out in large bold writing before any offers can be made. This seems to be the latest tactic/trick in the health supplement market to pray on consumers. When the charges come in the mail they don't offer a business phone number on the statement just a P.O. Box this requires the consumer to do research and they play the odds you won't.

Upon reviewing the account I do see that [redacted] signed up for the 14 day trial offer with our products the Metabo Green Coffee and the Metabo Garcinia. It does state on the website and in the terms and conditions that must be agreed to before placing the order that the trial period starts...

the day the order is placed and it is the customers responsibility to contact customer support so that we can extend out the trial period or reship the product if necessary. It also states the prices of our products as well as the trial period information. If the customer does not cancel out within the trial period once it expires the customer is then billed for the original products received within the trial period and placed on a 30 day auto bill and ship program until the customer does cancel out. Our products are only available online and due to quality of our products they are more costly that what you would find in the store as the customer stated. [redacted] placed the order for the products on 1/30/14 and we did not hear from her till 2/27/15. We are willing to offer the customer a refund if the products are not opened they can be returned back to us for a full refund. The customer would need to email in to customer care so that we can provide the necessary information. If the products have been opened we are still willing to meet the customer half way and offer a 50% partial refund. If the customer wishes to accept a 50% partial refund then the customer would simply need to respond back stating that they will accept the 50% and we will issue the refund immediately.

There response just proves they don't even know what the hell they are doing. There response was for a refund I got. They did not even respond to the refund that is missing.  I also have stated over and over with this scam of a company that I have all ready taken there phony transaction id to my bank and they have no records of a 75.00 refund. The only refund that shows up in there system is a 74.00 refund. I should have a 74.00 which I received and a 75.00 refund which is awol. Metabogarcin drop the act and give me my refund. All you do is defraud customers and it clearly shows with all the complaints on your file.
