Hello, we received your letter regarding [redacted]'s experience. She signed up for a 14-day trial of our product on the 10th of March, and because she did not call and cancel she was billed the product's full price on day 14 (which was the 25th of March). We almost always extend our...
trial times, and had she called in even after the 25th of March she would have been given more time. She would have also been able to cancel.One month later, she was billed again; in the terms it is an auto ship every 30 days. She called in and cancelled it on the 24th of April, for a 50% refund. Aside from the obviously rude customer service as dictated in her letter, she chose to keep two month's worth of products for a discount. She most definitely does have rights to a refund, and she was offered one and accepted one. The gentleman James W[redacted] who was her representative for customer service is now being audited by our company and will likely be terminated if the call want as poorly as she dictated, calls are recorded so it should be very easy to find. We are so sorry for the rude customer service she received. Monetarily, we are unable to refund for a product that the consumer likes and intends to keep, as she did not say there were product issues and chose to keep it. She did receive a 50% discount on the price (and could have completely returned it, as noted in both the customer service notes and her letter). Again, please accept our apologies for the rude customer service. This company advertises for a free trial of their product as long as you pay the $4.95 shipping charge. I signed up to order my free trial. After reading some more about this product and company on the internet, I realize I may have been scammed since other internet users were warning that this company automatically signs you up for a pricey monthly subscription. So I called the customer service and told them that I only wanted the free sample and not the subscription. They said the two were linked and that if I canceled my subscription, the free trial sample wouldn't ship out. And so I told her to cancel it. When I asked if there would be any charges on my credit card, she told me the $4.95 shipping and handling charge was non-refundable and would be billed. I thought that was preposterous since nothing had shipped out and I had just placed my order. On top of that and importantly, the company did not list ANYWHERE the terms of their deal. I found no information on the monthly subscription. I found no information on the fact that the free trial was linked to a monthly subscription. And there was nothing that said the shipping and handling charges were non-refundable. When I told them that I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com, the customer service rep put me on hold and after a minute, came back and told me that the shipping and handling charges would be voided from my card (but only because the order hadn't printed out yet). This is a total scam and should be avoided!
After getting the samples for ONLY THE SHIPPING COSTS, 14 days later they charged my account WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION for a total of $179.94 for the eye creme and serum! I called and raised hell and will hopefully get a full refund after I send both samples back. The sizes of the samples are sample sizes and they want to charge for full product. I DID NOT agree to any terms before placing the sample order, yet they went ahead and charged me. I will revise this review once I receive a full refund. As you can see from the attached image of the terms there is no mention of additional charges after the sample shipment charge.

The product she received was a full size serum, and only paid shipping originally ($4.95). [redacted] offered her a 50% refund on the product and she accepted. Her auto-ship was 100% cancelled and there is no need for her to get a new debit card, we would never continue billing after a customer has told a representative to stop auto-ship. As I did not order any such 'special training system', it was an unauthorized debit charge, I will not reply to that company until my acct. has actually been credited with the monies. I ordered a free trial of two products from this company. They were advertised as a free trial where I pay the shipping. There was no mention of this constituting the beginning of a contract. I happened to later read that it was a scam and found out that the company bills you $80 per product once a 14 day trial runs out. There was no mention of any of this in their advertising. After finding this out on my own I went to the website to cancel my trial. When I cancelled I was charged $39.97 for one product. When trying to cancel the other product I kept receiving a message of "An unexpected error occurred while attempting to cancel your order".
I e-mailed customer support asking them to cancel the second product and have not heard back. I also contacted my credit card company about the "cancellation charges" and they said to cancel the products and then dispute the charges with them.
This company is a scam and is not at all straightforward with their agenda. Do not order from them.
