I have a bank statement showing were they did refund it and then took it right back out of my account I went and spoke with my bank to make sure I wasn't looking at it wrong and they also confirmed that that's what happened... I can fax you over a copy of my bank statement....

I do see that the customer signed up for the 14 day trial program on 2/21/15. In our terms and conditions that must be agreed to before placing the order it does state that the customer has a 14 day trial with the product and if the customer does not want to be billed and placed on the 30 day auto...
bill and ship program after the trial period expires the customer must contact customer service and cancel out. We did not hear from the customer until 3/08/15 where our agent did go over the terms and conditions with the customer and cancelled out the account. If the customer has not used the products and they are unopened we are willing to offer a full refund upon receipt of the products. We would need for the customer to email us directly so that we can provide them with the necessary information. If the customer has used the products we are still willing to meet the customer half ways and offer an immediate courtesy refund of 50% on the charges. Please let us know which option the customer would like to proceed with so we can begin the refund process.

with. I have reviewed the account as see that back on 11/16/2015 you spoke to Destiny who canceled your account and provided you RMA's to return two products. It looks like those products were never returned so no refund was provided. As a resolution to this complaint I have refunded the two most recent charge of $89.95 and $89.99 please allow 2-5 business days to see those funds.

On your monthly statement, next to any inquiring charge will be a phone number for the company associated with any charges that are in question. Two products were ordered from [redacted]. The products were promoted as "free Trial offering". Payment for shipping and handling was required, $4.95 and $5.95. This was billed to our account via our debit card. With in 4 business days, a two month supply of each product, $89.99 each, was billed to our bank account. We did not request these addtional products. When I called the customer service number listed on the website and on the bank statment, [redacted], the call center answering that number denied being VLHealth, and also denied handling the two products ordered.
Dear [redacted], We have cancelled the account and issued a refund in the amount of $54.95 back to the original form of payment used when the order was placed. We do not require any further information in regards to the refund as it has been issued. If you have cancelled the card, the refund will go back to the account that it was associated with.
